It works only if I'm shooting directly at his turret, but sometimes that doesn't work either :D

Well, yeah...The decrease in Cone Angle is quite severe. Also, you shouldn't go by visuals only. Even though you might see small part of your "freeze particles" hitting the enemy, the actual Cone Angle might be lesser than that and won't do damage. With this alteration, the best way is to aim directly at the enemy (or from behind).

not sure if this is a issue from last night but if you look on the teams bottom red lost and blue won on 10 flags but on top right corner my bar tells me we lost ?? not sure why this is happening lol

When a gold box is dropped in the Christmas map i can't heal myself. I press button 1 but he's not healing it. On other moments when i press button 1 he heals me. 

And when a gold box is dropped i get 'Re enter the game'. Today: I stood on the gold box drop place, he was above my head and it happened: 'Re enter the game'. It's not fair. What can it be? Is it my PC, or my internet? Or the Tankionline servers?

Please help me.

Uhhhh Alterations aren't on sale. It says that they are but I just payed 100k crystals for 2 alterations when I am supposed to get 4 alterations? What do I do??? Fix bug and refund crystals please. 

Hi there, im having an issue with the altercation sale. i had 90k crystals ready to go so i ended up buying the altercations for hammer, twins, and shaft (all m1) then i log back on and i only have 23k crystals and the hammer altercation! the rest of them are gone! plz help me! otherwise id like a refund for the gems i paid for

the 50% off sale didnt work for me when i got an alt for twins m1 it said it was 25000 crys but it made me pay 50k

I think this is one of these bugs along the lines of the message that your team has captured a flag showing in yellow (as if it was the opponent that capped). Luckily it doesn't affect anything major, but I will pass it on, so they can try to fix it.

You can try clearing your browser and flash cache to solve the problem.

I had the same problem this morning, seems to be OK now though.

Well, mine is crashing 20 times a day with the Downloadable Client, and if Tanki cannot identify and fix the server problems, there;s no reason for me to keep playing. I'll give them until New year's and then I quit. There is no sense supporting a site that can't keep its connections.

I tolerated the "F5 solution" but it was still knocking me out of battles 10 to 20 times a day. This is what the CLIENT was supposed to fix, and now, at least for a few dozen users like me, it is just as bad either way.

 

Agreed, shut the whole game down forever because alterations are buggy.

If I thought everyone was having the problems I'm having -- with no fault on my end at all -- I might agree with him: shut it down til it works right.

You just have to wait a couple seconds after you click "equip". Otherwise it can't load the new tank. Works for me. 

 

Please don't use SIZE 24 unnecessarily.

The developers are aware of this problem and they will try to fix it. In the mean time, the best way to deal with it is to equip an item, open another garage tab and then return to the battle.

 

As for using big texts and/or many (bright) colors, the option is there if you want to build up a topic or message that will benefit from different sizes of text or different colors. For any other posts, it is not beneficial, unnecessary and will most likely have an opposite effect (makes the post look messy, unattractive and harder to read, so people will prefer to skip it).

yes it is, re-downloaded client and its still not logging out nor refreshing, a thing I forgot to say is that Remember me doesn't works! I close client and I don't straight load to lobby (as remember me should do) but it goes to log in screen where my nick and pass are saved  but I am not logging in straight!

HELP, I have lags in browser on golds but not on client. Lags are terrible on browser, in client its just normal (70-100 ping) help!

Good come reports an error when trying to connect with the online tank served, ta'm trying really hard to play one week and usually can not, this first appeared when I try to connect to a stage now so gave it a try joining servers this happens, Why Please help me.

I have a slight problem when it comes to changing my email and password. When the email is sent to my gmail and I try to open it the link doesn't seem to open. I have tried opening it numerous times but I just won't open, I've also tried getting new links to change it, same problem. Please some help??

 

Anyone have any ideas about this annoying problem?

Yes- happens to me and others all the time. You can't pick up boxes or flags either. Only thing to do is self-destruct. You don't lose points, just gain a kill.

Today in a Battle, I Pressed Tab To See Battle Statics! Some names were appearing grey and those players, I wan't able to see! They were totally invisible though I could feel them! When They picked up drugs, attacked me, but I could do nothing! This has happened to me before too! Why was it so?

I had this like a 100 times. The only solution I know is to log out and log back in. But sometimes when I do that it still comes back.

The only (temporary) solution I can think of is using the Standalone Flash Player for now. The browser performance isn't top notch, even with better PCs. Both the client and Standalone give much better performance, but I don't know how I can help you fix the client issues. Standalone Flash Player has never let me down so far, I prefer it over the client.

You can try changing your password from the log-in screen. Click on "Lost nickname or password?"

This is a problem the developers are aware off, but they haven't been able to find a fix yet. I've noticed that this problem appears a lot less in smaller maps and when you're not running any other programs while loading a battle.

I have made a new account.

I was playing with Smoky-Hunter without buying anything until I bough an product kit.

It shows up that I earned 200 bonus crystals (when you make your first purshase), but it didn't add.

I enter a battle and after few seconds it shows me "Server Error - Re-enter the game" always on every account when I make same thing.

 

Just a small bug  :)
