Team Juggernaut in the game!

Mission are added bonus, additionally even before TJG you could change a battle mode mission (they are also rare). So nobody but you "force" yourself on playing it when you have options to avoid it.

And repair kit change is totally positive for the game-play.

It appears people can't see though what tanki are doing ..  I don't like playing DM mode yesterday I got dm score , dm crystals and juggernaught mode for my 3 missions... all DM MODE so I have to pay to change them.. and some times I've had to do this 5 times to get non dm mode missions.   DM mode is only designed so players use more supplies that's why all winter holiday "celebrations" are in DM mode. This is so that players BUY MORE SUPPLIES in the shop. On top of recking rk's and isidas self heal all designed so players use more supplies and therefore get more for cash in the shop.

I hate DM MODE and have literally changed out 1000's of DM mode missions, and I don't go to the winter holiday map because its in DM mode. On top of being forced to play a dm mode battle which juggernaught is: the juggernaught uses 2 guns I also hate and will never own, rail and striker.

With this change your sucking the fun out of playing and costing me 10,000's in crystals not to play them... ( swear words  removed).

Or you can just not do the missions. And not to bust your buttons, but JGR is now TDM, not DM, so unless you have a terrible abhorrence of killing in Tanki (who does?) you should be all set now.

Also, to be fair, JGR is far closer to using Gauss (with quick shot and charged shot) than using Rail or Striker.

It is horrible they force me to play and kill other tanks against my will. I love tank why do they make me destroy them :(

i will put my finger in the air and point at the sky, ... it is not going to rain today, so you can leave your PC and play outside :)

Just played one battle, because I couldn't change my mission (I refuse to pay 1000cry for this crap mode). Suddenly became the Juggernaut myself. First thing I did was self destruct. Don't want to be, or play this crap.

I would rather not be the Juggernaut either. I would much rather be a bounty hunter assassinating the enemy Juggernaut or my Juggernaut's healer.

Self-destructing if your team is on 0 points won't do anything, but self-destructing (via the Delete button) if your team has points will deduct one.

Maybe there should be an option to be or not be the Jug, when we spawn.

Some scores while healing the Juggernaut. It is not worth the score you receive but if you enjoy the thought of being your Juggernaut's keeper, this is a job for you:

Feels nice knowing my Juggernaut is extra protected. I can save them a use of their Overdrive. Catching one off-guard when they don't have their Overdrive is the worst for them.

Giving players an option like that has the potential for every player opting out of it. And then what? No Juggernaut at all. No points at all.

You may bank on thought not passing through the players' minds, but the fact that it could happen means you have to either prepare for that or don't implement that at all.

Or just do what the quote below says:

They really need to let jugs use what combination of turrets they want to use. Not everyone is a pro at railgun or striker.

At this point, everyone knows how to deal with the current juggernaut. If the juggernaut was allowed to choose what combination of turrets they want to use for their terminator turret, which would lead to more unpredictable and exciting jug battles.

@DieselPlatinum

The idea of customizing your Terminator turret sure sounds fun on paper, like having JuggerTwins as the primary turret and JuggerShaft as the secondary turret.

Such customization, of course, would require good control schemes for every combination of two turrets.  The easiest control scheme I can think of, at least for mouse firing, is Right-click for Alt-fire.

Speaking of control schemes, I think there should be an option to assign 2 separate firing buttons for the Terminator turret, one for firing Rail shots and the other for preparing a salvo.  Every now and then, I see Juggernauts using salvos to finish off close-range enemies and unnecessarily hurting themselves or blowing themselves up from their rockets' splash damage.

Then it would be not the juggernaut anymore.

Actually, it'll still be the juggernaut, but gives the jug more choices. Currently the jug tank is only for striker and railgun tryhards. If a non striker and railgun user becomes juggernaut, then they would most likely self destruct on purpose, because they don't get to use their desired turrets.

On the other hand, however, I fear that JuggerMagnum would be as polarizing as regular Magnum was in its debut.

Here are the turrets that can be used for each mode:

Primary (when tapping):

·Hammer

·Smoky

·Striker (arcade)

·Thunder

·Railgun

·Gauss (arcade)

·Shaft (arcade)

Secondary (when holding down):

·Firebird

·Freeze

·Isida

·Twins

·Ricochet

·Striker (salvo)

·Vulcan

·Magnum

·Gauss (sniping)

·Shaft (sniping)

Once they have chosen, they click "done" and they that's all they will be able to use till they get killed.

You're going to have to find good balance between these options, because more than likely, there will be a few that trumps the rest in almost every situation.

Maybe, but we can only speculate. But some turret combos might prove to be too efficient with each other like thunder&freeze, or railgun&Vulcan, or even hammer&Gauss. We would only have to wait and see.

There can be 3 different Jugs:

1. The one we have now.

2. Smoki / Gauss

3. Twins / Shaft

I think pretty much of all that you listed, everyone will go for number 2. A very dangerous combo of turrets, especially in the low ranks.

Maybe smoky is not a good option because outs too easy.

I think Rico is a good option, you can fire constantly for a few seconds, then slower until you recharge, so you’d have to be careful. But it’s easy to use.

Maybe we should only have the option to select the primary turretS, so it’s easy to balance all three primary turrets. Striker should always be the secondary.

Three primary turrets is also good to fit them to different maps.

My three are:

Hammer

Rail

Rico

The most difficult thing for me with Juggernaut is that the two rails are off centre, being so used to normal Railgun I keep have to make slight uncomfortable adjustments to my aim.

Much much better then original JGR . JGR had big issues before and was just DM , and somewhere on the playfield there was a bigger tank around .

Now its like a mix between TDM and RGB , but instead of a ball you are chasing down ( or protecting ) a tank . Killing that big tank now has got a bonus in points which was a very big flaw in the original version + 2nd flaw corrected is that you do earn points for killing any other tank , but it does not interfere with who wins the match .

Well done tanki developers... very nice game mode i do like to play .
