Team Juggernaut in the game!

Iran map is way too small for 2 Juggernauts.

Sandbox: Am I a joke to you? 

 

 

Thinking about it now, Sandbox looks slightly bigger than Iran, if not the same size.

 

 

Em..... you forgot to factor in the additional 5% boost if the drone's fully upgraded.

Still doesn't reach 18k damage.And you need 20k to one-shot an M4 Juggernaut. 

 

Yesterday, with the Jug I jump on a Wasp on top a ramp, and the anti-cheat self destruct me :(

I had it like 5 seconds.

My team was winning 2-1. The Juggernauts were going to fight each other. My team's Juggernaut used its Overdrive on the other and the other self-destructed when it went in the air. The enemy Juggernaut cursed and their score went to 2-0. Pretty unfair for that team.

TJR is stil fun. I guess it has to do with us getting a big powerful tank.

 

But there are many issues with the mode and MM itself.

 

Why some Jugs should be very powerful and some weak? Why not give a Jug based on the rank bracket of the battle? It is not my fault nor my team mates' that the system puts me in a battle where I'm the sixth rank with weaker equipment, and thus a weaker Jug. And isn't the system already benefiting the high rank players by putting them with lower ranks to also give them a very powerful Jug compared to what lower ranks get? If this doesn't change, then the best option would be to quit battles where one is in the lower ranks.

 

Then, why should some enjoy being the Jug the whole battle just because they got the stronger team or the other team is weaker?

In this battle, which started pretty even, I helped my team by killing 2 Jugs at the beginning when our Jug was at the base hiding and shooting, which was a good thing to do, then when our team started dominating the Jug and others started camping and spawn killing, fine with that. But the problem is that these Jugs never die and all you do just benefits them.

 

I think making Jugs stronger at the beginning, but not allowing them to regain health as fast as it is now would make sure that if they are not careful they'll soon die. That if they go on the open to try to kill as many as they want, they can get killed. Then there should be an incentive for Isidas to help the more killable Jugs, which at the same time would reduce the number of spawnkillers when.

 

That added to new spawning Jugs being stronger the system could help balance the battle.

 

Speaking of balance, MM should put balanced teams, even if only for the Jug mode, because there will always be weak player getting Jugs and going on the offensive and getting killed. So there's very little under our control to even have to deal with unbalanced battles.

Me: Please fix MM. Balancing our wins and losses is a load of ########. It just randomly puts us in battles, and 30% of the time, you're the lowest ranked person. 50% of the time, there is 1 lower ranked tanker and all the rest are higher ranked than you. 5% of the time, you're the highest ranked person. 1% of the time it's actually balanced, and the remainder, is just people trying to star hunt, so everyone BUT you just teams up in Russian, and you don't understand what they're saying, because you don't understand what they're saying, because you can't speak Russian, and they can't speak English.

 

This is actually true, except for the 14% part.

Unbelievable, Tanki forced me to play 7 hours on the new jug combat mode   <_< ;P
Iran is the worst map for this mode, too small, you can't recover when the balance tipped early.

When 2 Jug confront at close range, upon OD activation, it seems that I was always the one flying away.

for 7 hours? OMG!! what missions were you assigned? i hope it does not get too difficult to play when i am in higher ranks

One was "kill the jug x1" on a alt account which is 20px-IconsNormal_16.pngThird Lieutenant M1 and M2 hulls (completed that one surprisingly quickly :D), I did not had one on this other account (M4). BTW missions is for container, you can play for fun especially the weekend. I had to stop to do an difficult ASL mission though.

Also played for science, to better understand the in and out. Check the Dictator OD influence, repair kits impact,... so a bit in the name of science too. They changed or added the GB drop zone in Masgistral, which is not on the bridge, but on the ground beside the bridge.

 

Lower rank should be easier to kill, the OD like Wasp (9999 hp damage) and Mammoth (3996 hp per second) are OP, viking is king at any ranks and watch out for the Hunter. Dictator is good for protecting your own team's Jug (replenish health and boost Jug's OD). Repair kit are more efficient at low ranks too. On Wolfenstein I was attacking and go low in health, I retreated to our base and took used the 2 repairs kit drop I was back to 80-90% HP.

 

Jug's OD recharge at 100% within 40 seconds. you have to stay alive for that much and activate it preferably when not under fire.

It was like that since the last changes they made to MM maps. It's a really nice touch in that map.

Given this information, it can be deduced through other factors that Hornet, Hunter, Titan and Mammoth would receive ~16-20% for an assist. Viking'll probably receive 14-18% for an assist. 

 

Viking is META all around. Another effective combo is Wasp + Freeze or Hunter + Freeze. That's an instant Juggernaut kill if 2 Freezes jump it.

The Freeze is there to stop it from retaliating immediately after it is unstunned. You can stun it to go behind it then freeze it from there. Firebird doesn't get to deal enough damage to the Juggernaut via direct damage. Its afterburn can also be decreased with protection modules that are common. THe 10 seconds it takes to deal the 3,000 damage of afterburn is allowing the Juggernaut to get those final seconds of Overdrive charge to regain all their HP. It's best to put the damage out as fast as possible with Incendiary Mix or Freeze. And in Freeze's case, it is able to circle the Juggernaut to expend the entire energy supply.

Hunter Freez is slightly redundant. Could use firebird too.

Wasp/Freeze is the deadliest combo with Freeze IMO if you have an OD ready. Freeze the JGR and "whip out the OD", then the JGR is dead. Tried this in Solo Juggernaut, but I'm pretty sure it works with Team Juggernaut

Im glad this is coming. I suspect this si going to be better than a improve JGR of all vs 1.

I want to play pro juggernaut battles with my friends. Please can you add the team juggernaut mode to pro battles. I want to take part in pro juggernaut battles using custom settings.

It would be so much fun being able to play long pro battles with juggernaut. You can also add cool features to both the juggernaut tank and the team juggernaut game mode as well.

Juggernaut must be made available to pro battles like as with all other game modes.

TJR in PRO Battles would be interesting. A 1v1 with both players as a Juggernaut sounds really fun.

Yeah, that's right. TJR battles in pro battles would be very interesting. You could play 1 vs 1 battles and always respawn as juggernaut. If you prefer to spawn as your usual tank, then you could choose 2 vs 2 or larger team sizes to compete with. That would be awesome if implemented to pro battles. I'd love to see TJR in pro battles.

Almost every battle is one sided.

 

Tanki has created something with a good potential, likely without trying, but be sure they'll blow it.

 

Can't they at least shorten the rank bracket to 5 ranks wide, now that there are many players wanting to play TJug?

 hey i thought mammoth dealt 999 damage per second.. does it deal more damage in M4?

It does 999 per tick but there are 4 ticks in a second.
