and result would be that people who are already strong... get even more strong

buyers are not the only ones who can benefit from it. if you did the war missions last month and this month you would have gained Tankions from completion. to me I have all my items .only things I need to do now is upgrades and buy paints . which for the amount of time and crystals it cost. I'm not interested in doing it. most higher ranks are the same we have crystals but nothing to spend it on..

Just got one, opened it to get 10 double damage. .-.

I spent 70 TKs in all (I used the 10 TKs, got 1 TK :P) and got 20 TKs of drugs. That evens out to 20 cents of items. Worth it? No, but it was fun trying :lol:

And furthermore, you saw the rewards and still went after it. 8 of the 14 rewards are non-Tankoin rewards. And if we're placing the "1 Tankoin" reward from the "good section", then that is 9 of the 14 rewards that is undesirable to you. 

 

Let's not forget the obvious low drop rate for 100,000 tankoins. So you essentially have 13 options. And 9 of those 13 are stuff are undesirable to you. Yet you call the game a fraud after you did not have your way. That's not how gambling works. You lost in the Tankoins area, but you gained in others. Low rankers will be using this feature too, remember that. They benefit more from the rewards that are undesirable to you. And you benefit more from the Tankoin, as you have ample supplies.

I agree, it's his fault, for not reading carefully, for not doing some math, for not using some logic, for being too trusting, and so on. But is it only his fault?

 

Or maybe he used some logic and said "I'll get this new thing they are offering, it sounds cool, I don't think the nice looking people of Tanki are going to give me 2 coins out of 100 I'm going to spend"

I find that such a big jump in rewards from the "meh" to "desirable" rewards. it all feels unplanned, yet carefully planned at the same time. I opened one and got 1 Tankoin. Certainly better than 10 double armours. Won't open any more.

Save your tankoins - I bought 200 of these containers with what I had. The most I got out of 1 container was 400 tankoins, but the majority of the time they'd either return 10 of a supply or 1 tankoin.

 

Definitely a currency sink.

@ mods, I had to reload the Client to see the 2 Tointainers i had bought.

 

I got 700 crystals in 1 and 300 crystals in the other. That's better than spending 100 toins to buy a goldbox.

 

I bought 2 more and got 10 DA and 10 Mines. That's like another 1k crystals but in supplies, of which I have plenty.

After watching a few opening videos on YouTube, I have to say these suck. They’re definitely not aimed at buyers, more at the F2P players who are grinding and saving for a shop kit, hoping that they can make a dent in their savings so they eventually get bored and spend real money.
