More improvements to the game

Tankers!

 

Tomorrow morning (Wednesday, October 2nd), we'll be rolling out even more updates and improvements to the game.

 

We're obviously working hard on achieving our vision for the HTML5 version. However, we are not neglecting the Flash version either, for the benefit of those of you who are still playing it.

 

The update will include bug fixes, some changes in visuals, tweaks to the Team Juggernaut mode, and other things.

But i will try to evite this: Fixed and added «destroy Juggernaut» daily missions;

 

Is too hard mission ... must to play many battles + to have active the drone booster for complete the mission.

1: Not too sure, I think its something to do with the look of the actual projectiles that the turret shoots.

 

2: Score given when killing Juggernaut reduced from 100 to 50, score is the number you see in battle when you press tab. It is different to exp.

Well, I did like earning 100 points for destroying a juggernaut. Now 50 is too low, and there is no much interest in destroying a juggernaut, so in the end, the juggernaut score will not go up. Who will win?

That’s an interesting concern. Looks like Tanki will force players to kill the Jug with the new mission and with the Finish Top 3 mission. So, don’t play for fun, play because you have to, if you want some progressing.

Well, I want both points and progress for destroying the juggernaut tank. I prefer that the score for destroying juggernaut returns to 100 points as it was, and make more juggernaut missions. The 100 points score did not harm the game's economy, so I do not know exactly why developers nerfed the points score. Before it was fine. I also want to mention that for players who are at the bottom of the list, say 0 points, can get a significant boost on going up the ladder in tough battles when destroying the juggernaut with 100 points score. Please return the 100 points score.

the game was working before update but after server restart it doesn't load after log in

Are you using the Flash or HTML5 version, and are you using a browser or client?

And looks like if you fail to kill the Jug, you gain more EXP for trying but no more Battle Points.

 

Decreased amount of score points given for destroying Juggernaut to 50. Increased amount of experience points given for destroying and supporting in destroying Juggernaut by 5.

 

Lets see what the Wiki says when they update it.

To try to balance the score system. They do not want one player to get all the score and all the crystal at the end of the battle. Only by analysing a large amount of battle they can find that equilibrium.

Reworking the score point for a couple of weeks was done with all the battle mode.

Support was 5 exp, looks like it will be 10 now.

Killing the boss was 10, now it looks like it is 15 xp.

It is indeed, the exp was increased, the only thing now is to increase the amount of exp given for healing Jugg, currently it only give 5 exp for 100% heal.

As the patch specify 50 score points for killing it. Assist score point stays the same as before.

I won't be surprise if within a week they change boss kill to 75, just like for flag and rugby ball.

No, I'm talking about healing. If Exp went up and Battle point not, then it's not good.

Indeed. But that's not how it works. You need to take into account the battle behaviour, not just the value. What 50, 75 or 100 does on average.

But I'm not sure, Cedric could have meant Battle Points instead of EXP, let's wait for the wiki to update, or some experimentations.
