Well, Halloween is pretty much a let down.  I was looking forward to gold digging with my Dictator, but there is little chance with all the Mammoths.  There is better gold box opportunity for me in just regular modes.  The sale is nice but it is kinda like a Crazy Weekend that seem to happen every couple of weeks, so no biggie there.  The double battle funds for 10 days is welcome to make missions easier, but the actual payoff for battles, even doubled, is still pretty thin.

 

I guess I'm a little bummed, I've been looking forward to a big blow-out for Halloween and its turned out to be just a fizzle instead of a BANG.

Can i post here about the ruining of gold events by mammoths? I like mammoths overdrive. its perfectly fitting in a normal battle but if we have meteorite events its just ruins the fun of everyone. before the overdrives i catched like 100+ on a meteorite day. now i catched 15 with mammoth and 0 without, also its now all about rage and just be lucky

 

is it possible to like disable mammoths overdrive on the event map, just for those days and just on that map?

idk if this is possible, but it would make the game better for me and a lot of people agree to that.

This drop zone looks cool from nearby, but when re-spawning on the outer edges of the map, this drop zone cannot be seen. Even halfway through the map, I can't see this drop zone. Please update the colors of this drop zone to make it more visible at further distances.

Drop Zones in the Halloween map are fine imo. Winter maps, though...

Decided to take a look at this map, to see what it is. What a mess. Only OD Mammoths. Wow great fun.... NOT (as I already expected). If all events will be like this (and we all know x-mas will be exactly the same) just stop all events. Waste of time playing these event maps.

Yup, mammoth OD's everywhere. Meteorite golds are the worst.

Guys stop complaining and just quit the game, I used to complain a lot too but then I realized they don’t give half a about what we have to say so that’s why I quit and I’m glad I did. I logged in yesterday and there were 18 mammoth pileups sitting in the drop zone, gold box events will never be fair and fun anymore, just pressing a button and sitting. So I went to play ctf instead, but I realized they freeze which I’m not surprised because they love to ruin the game as much as they can, they study hard hours to see how disgusting they can make the game. So yeah I’m glad I had quit the game lol you guys should too it’s only gonna get worse from here

This game sucks with this mamoth overdrive.
for example the "pumpkin hunt" mode..
you literally can't take any gold they just stand there like any other obstacle... cant be moved away or be killed and just stands under the gold which is a rocket and takes it ofc...
how are we supposed to have fun in a game like that??
I expect the answer: buy a mamoth who stops you.. thats what a mod said
if your goal is to make everyone buy mamoth believe me its working but its ruining the game and thats not only my oppinion,its the truth.. you can go try one game yourself in that mode

Viking and Rail could be the best for fun and efectiveness, if you don't care about the Golds

I was trying Viking Thunder today just as a test run, and actually managed to get a gold. It's not as bad as you think  :rolleyes:

I'm trying to find a soft spot for Viking by solely using that on one of my accounts instead of Hornet or Dictator. Sometimes I get ragdolled, sometimes I don't. 

 

But I've been using Viking + Vulcan to Mammoth hunt and I like that you can have two types of gameplay with Vulcan. Slippery gameplay with Hornet and Viking and rooted-to-the-ground gameplay with Wasp, Dictator and the heavy hulls. Because of how smooth the drifting is on Viking, I can glide through the map whilst turning and keeping my train of bullets on them and it's kind of fun but more risky than rooted-to-the-ground gameplay, as one good Railgun or Gauss shot can see you turning 180 degrees. I'll probably record something to show. 

 

I'd still much rather use Hunter but I'll ride out with Viking during and outside the event to get a proper feel of it.
