Very nice to reward with point the tanker with supplier drones (except Camper).

Reduces cool-downs = ok

Uses extra supplies!? why having the drone in the first places, have we already use one expensive battery supply just to be able to use a drone? Life guard do need a rework, but...

Meh. Don't care about drones, but it's good that Hyperion can't use Repair Kits over and over.

 

I was looking forward to Black Friday news. :( I'm still excited anyway.

Nice, so the Mk Update is coming next week. But I'm a bit uncertain about whether the change applies only to Turrets, or to Hulls as well, since in the first info VLOG it was said that Turrets get those seven Modification Levels. On this one, though, the Mk Update is stated in a general manner  :huh:
I'm not excluding Hulls because the jump from Titan M1 to M2 is also quite huge

Very nice  :lol: I'm kinda disappointed we didn't get the Black Friday news right away, but I guess a day of wait is no big deal. I'm glad Railgun's new graphics are in development, is my favourite turret. From what we've seen in this V-LOG, it looks pretty damn cool. I can barely wait for the next V-LOG!

 

The new modifications are, hopefully, going to be released next week, which means we'll be getting the official announcement with all the sweet info soon :3 Good to know that the Hyperion drone won't affect Repair Kits and Mines. I'm not in the top ranks, but I'm still glad that the developers care about the balance :) I like the new upcoming Drone mechanics, but I just hope that with the third mechanic drones won't consume too much supplies.

 

About eSports, good luck to all the current and future participants!  :D

I'm still not sure whether to be glad or disappointed that M's will be replaced with mk's. 

 

I guess we will find out next week.

Nothing to worry if you got all m3+ . If however you got a low M2 and are planning to upgrade to m3 slowly ( like many do with modules ) then you might have problem . They might say whatever they want , you know how it goes . Im pretty sure a m2 2/10 will get like MK4/5 rank , and youll be able to upgrade to MK5/6 but not MK7 ( like before you can only get M1-M2 and not M1-M3 )

For those of you who are worrying about the conversion in modifications, Hazel has already stated very clearly that your existing modifications will be converted to the new system based on your upgrade level, and that your gear will not become weaker.

 

This conversion has been long needed. One of the biggest complaints for mid-range players is how the difficulty curve shoots upwards drastically as you reach the mid-ranks. We needed to smooth it out, and we believe this is the most practical way to do it. Regardless, we'll be watching the situation closely over the next few months and tweaking accordingly. Just bear in mind that testing and observation needs to take its time, otherwise it won't be reliable.

Actually, we want to implement this precisely because we want players to be able to upgrade more smoothly. Let's see the system in action and give it some time to sink in. Then we can criticize it and make it better.

Do MU's affect the mk level your stuff gets? For example if my Gauss is m2, but fully upgraded, what happens?

So how will an m4 be converted into the new Mk system. Will it be replaced by an Mk7 or a fully upgraded Mk7 (aka "Mk8").

01:10 : another way to force players on HTML5. No thanks, I am fine on the Client. HTML5 is full of glitches and I just don' like the interface. It's like a Android version of the game, but on computer. Like I said before, I like the iconic look of the Client. But once it'll be gone, a big part of Tanki will be dead forever. And like many said, the navigation on HTML5 is not very intuitive and you need several clicks to access the garage for example.

 

04:35 Lifeguard becoming useless. It will consume way too much Repair Kits. It's a good thing I never use this drone, except for some events.

 

Only 8 winners. Seems like less and less players participate? Yeah, I know there were a lot of letters, but still...

 

As for M1-3 moving to Mk1-7, it looks like more complication for me. Everything that was simple before becomes now more complicated.

I honestly wish we had more time. Got a bunch of M2s that are upgraded around 6/10 and 7/10 (that I'm in the midst of upgrading). Why do I feel they will be made MK5 instead of MK6. Of course if TO were really genuine about the part about not weakening our current modifications, maybe they should give us more details on what levels of upgrades will qualify for what levels of MK.

I think it will be close or the same as the following:

 

M0  >  Mk1

M0-10 > Mk2

M1  >  Mk3

M1-5 > Mk4

M2  >  Mk5

M2-5 > Mk6

M3  >  Mk7

M3+ > Mk7+

 

Unless they have gotten better ideas. I think they should give as the details before the change, or at least not lock MUs or lower modifications.
