You need to link an e-mail on your TO account and have it validated. If not the forum creates a twin account  and you can;t access the original one.

So, I re-linked the email to my acc (although it was already linked), but I am still on this "twin account" and I lost all my old activity and such. Now what?

I have been in the game since 2010 and registered on the forum since 2012.
And now it appears that I am new????

I contacted the helpdesk using the free form to sort it out:  https://tankionline.com/forms/free/en/

1/ Make sure you use the same address e-mail

2/ Give them the two account link on the forum.

Make sure you log with the right capped letter.

All these letters don't look really good. Why can't we pick our own profile pictures!? I'm sure that it's not difficult to moderate inappropriate pictures. It works in all other forums as well.

 

Lastly, I got two questions. How do we use spoilers? I think that so many images make it look confusing, if not in a spoiler. Any why can we still not edit our profiles???

We're still working on polishing the cosmetic elements of the forum so please give us time to sort such things out. As far as I know, the letter icons have been removed, but I don't know if we will ever get a link to in-game ranks in this forum, since even the Russian forum still doesn't have that.

Hi,

we all will need those missing BBC, and other features of which are not available in this new forum. such as  Subscript and superscript, Tables, Horizontal lines, Ranks ( [rank=32]) it would show Legend logo, and many more...

 

Can you bring those BBC here in this new forum?
Or there are already new methods to achieve them?

For any posts that had hr lines before the forum was updated will need to be edited, no need to make any changes though. Just click 'Edit' then 'Save' and the post should reformat itself correctly.

would like to see the emoji gone / we had them remove due to players abusing them and posting negative post of other postings . would like to only have the like or laughing ones left . get rid of the others.
