Lots of cool stuff happening this week!

We’ve got our Black Friday event kicking off tomorrow, featuring great discounts and bundles and other fun stuff.

We’re also releasing the Hyperion Drone and the re-designed Prime skins for Viking and Thunder.

 

And that's not all!

 

After a week of in-depth testing, we’re implementing some interesting changes in Drones, Turrets, Alterations and Overdrives to make the game more balanced. 

Check out the detailed patch notes here.

Same for Saboteur. It consumes now 4 mines. This is just stupid.

 

This changes are dumb and will just result in less usage of drones, since not everyone spends money in the game.

I mean, to be fair, Saboteur doing this when it was implemented would have made the most sense. And I use a mine every time I spawn and I still have stacks of them. People can effortlessly lock down bases with mines. It's basically a won game if your team has 2 Saboteur users defending  and your team is ahead.

With these drone changes it is obvious emphasis on "pay to win".  Drones now chew up batteries AND supplies.  I just don't see much motivation to bother ranking up any more.

Thunder :(, but why? this brings nothing apart add a complexity on the alterations, we already have lag for the delay... also what about Smoky gun and Shaft ?
Some of the changes for drones are welcomed, for some others this is way too late when we already have spent crystals upgrading them. Their only interest now is their added protection and power. At least devs should reduces the battery cost. I saw a couple of typos in the patch.

That just make Grizzly module even more powerful than Thunder itself. ;(  #RIPThunder #OPGrizzlyModule

I mean, Alternativa did try to tackle against OP P2W, but.... it failed. ;(

Just tested thunder, and it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Still kinda silly that you took away it's one thing that made it unique from the other splash turrets.

 

Now it's more like a downgraded version of Gauss.

Damn, I want Sprinter now. (Despite the fact that it consumes SBs *cough* Pakistani.) ?

Uranium has a well deserved buff as well. (Although, you'd get more DPS from a regular Striker salvo, wouldn't you?) ?

I come here to talk about the new thunder update started on 11/29/2019.
I ask the developers to return it to the old state, because it was very detrimental to players who like to play thunder the shot was very slow similar to Gauss.
You could just let her hang on the Prime skin. up up pls help

I hope it wasn't done just so that they had a way to nerf Sledgehammer. 

 

Because SCCM has the same projectile speed as Stock, but has less damage. Its reload is similar to Sledgehammer's which would make one think that SCCM should have also gotten a decreased projectile speed.
