Titan's new Overdrive recharge time should be somewhere around 2 minutes and 5 seconds. It won't get the Overdrive as fast as Dictator or Mammoth, but it should be expected to be put down much more often.

Updates: Patch Update #584 - Released 26th December 2019

  • Thunder:

    • Increased maximum firing rate. Delay between shots reduced from 2.3 seconds to 2.2 seconds.

  • Gauss:

    • Decreased round speed from 250 m/s to 225 m/s;

    • Decreased average blast radius from 5 metres to 4 metres;

    • Decreased minimum blast radius from 8 metres to 6 metres.

  • Dictator:

    • Now you receive 25 points for every team mate who benefits from your overdrive.

  • Temporary protection from damage after respawn

Ack, making Gauss worse do not make Thunder better. Thunder still shoot coconuts, and what the difference between 2.3 and 2.2, considering lag, it does nothing in reality.

Nice for the Dictator but i do not think that this is the best way to make it more attractive. 25 points is way too much, also could you specify how much in xp? 
"temporary protection on respawn" that is the worse thing ever to do, it literally means that you acknowledge that you made a full system overpowered and that you lost control over the battle balance (plus reduce the interest of a specific drone).

Sledgehammer Thunder will have its reload time come back closer to what it was originally. 

 

1.61 ->  1.725 ->  1.65

 

At least Sledgehammer isn't a dire threat anymore.

1) yeah that change isn't even noticeable.

 

2) yeah the best way to get it to attract players is to replace its current ability with a more interesting ability like 40% reflection rate for 20 seconds.

 

3) this could be the best feature they added in awhile. The problem with spawn killing can finally be put to rest. However the problem with this feature is that there's no way to tell whether or not the player just respawned except by shooting at them, or we don't know when the protection wears off.

A Titan OD shouldn't cancel other Titans' OD.

Then Hunter shouldn't cancel Titans' OD either, just stop it for the durantion of the stun.

Remove the dome, it just doesn't let you see the HPs decreasing.

And maybe the OD should move with with the hull. So I think the generator should be removed.

No Hunter is going to risk approaching the dome to stun a Titan for 2 seconds.  If the Titan (and any team-mates close by) can't destroy the Hunter before it gets in range then the dome deserves to come down.

If Titan is killed the OD ends.
