It was because of security reasons and VPN usage. 

If you are wondering why I used a VPN, it was because I traveled, not because of changing Shop prices.

As for your ideas themselves, I don't want to sound offensive but the majority of them are pretty much pointless. You seem to suggest ideas just for the sake of it and not because you really come up with something worth suggesting.

I will note that today, it IS being influenced by Premium. My non-Premium accounts are getting 20 EXP and my Premium accounts are getting 30 EXP.

 

This was not the case before and I made sure of it the first and subsequent times I spotted each change. I did it on both of my Premium and non premium accounts since then and they all gave the same number. Today for some reason, premium is affecting it.

Jumped on a bit after many many months off. The game feels very similar which is encouraging for a returning player. 
 

not sure what tesla is about...hate not having protection vs it ???

 

and how do I open fourth protection slot

Anything that received critical damage adjustments since April, really. Those being Firebird, Freeze, Tesla, Shaft, Striker and Hammer (specifically its effectiveness with augments). Firebird is low on that list after its recent change. It feels like it isn't doing much unless it's using Incendiary Mix. Probably because I always use Heat augments. 

 

Everything above is just...obnoxious is the word. Freeze crits feel unfair but is unfortunately justified by the range nerf and freezing nerf. Tesla, you've probably already heard enough about that. Shaft was already very powerful and then they once again buffed the sniping shot and then also doubled the critical damage. Got toned down in the lower modifications but still extreme at Mk7+.

Striker crits feel unfair but at least the turret has a learning curve to use it effectively. Doesn't apply to all Strikers, since Missile Launcher "Hunter" exists. Hammer...I don't have a problem with Stock, but its augments, namely the Ultra Container exclusive ones, are far too powerful. Looking at their stats on the wiki just frustrates me. Where are the downsides for these damn win buttons? 

 

I don't think any hulls feel broken. Hornet, as I say again, is obnoxious the way they pushed it into being a high burst damage dealer. Mammoth feels like it counters too many Overdrives. It's good that it's finally getting some love, but the buffs have been too much in my opinion. It at least shouldn't counter Ares' Overdrive.

Whether you like Hover Hulls or not, a new Hull is coming. I went on the Test Server to collect my thoughts on it, and sharing it here in case you don't want to try it, or have the time to do so yourself. Thank you @MysticBlood for helping me with the tests.

The new Hull is named Paladin.

It has quite interesting mechanics. Although it retains the ability of a standard Hover Hull, when using mouse-controls, it sorta gives me a feel of a tracked Hull.

As for its Overdrive. 

Overdrive affecting User/Teammates:

  • It has a visible linking laser to show its range when connecting with nearby tanks.
  • Passively heals you over time, similarly to the original Titan-Dome. Nearby teammates will also be healed.
  • Gives you a Status Immunity effect for the duration of the Overdrive. Nearby teammates will also receive this.
  • The positive Effects hypothetically lasts your full Overdrive, but if your teammates are out of range, the Effects are removed.

Overdrive affecting Enemies:

  • When an enemy is within range of your Overdrive, it applies the Armor-Piercing Status Effect, and the Jammer Status Effect. 
  • The negative Status Effects hypothetically lasts your full Overdrive, but if they are out of range, the Effects are removed.

The Overdrive itself promotes Support. It lasts for a decent amount of time, which can help with healing teammates, supporting getaways, and defending.

I think it is a pretty cool Hull, but like the situation with Crusader. I don't like how it visually looks. 

It looks like a pod-racer from Star Wars, or a Chicken.

I like how balanced the OD is since you have to be within a 5 meter radius or less to make the OD work effectively. As like you said, the only thing I don't like about it is the design. I felt like the design could have been slightly better.

I'd say railgun is unbalanced, but no by the pro side; it's unbalanced on the con side. The damage was reduced drastically; but it's still quite popular I dunno why

The critical damage of hammer ignore protection 

Critical damage is deal full damage even if only one bullet hit you, as one shot of hammer is 21 bullet spreading from far

some augment of hammer increases damage and maybe they use booster drone or ap effect before shot which ignore your double amor as well

get Ap immu and defender drone, if lucky, get critical protection module from ultra container

It is designed for close range fights,

The 3x tesla/paladin take turn covering each other will hit enemy base for 1 min. 
 

tesla can damage multiple tanker at same time, with ap effect, it can take all nearby enemy down with covering from teammat if they all od at same time. Making AP at all surround tanker with their tesla chain. (Imagine if tesla EMP/stun augment released, that is double effect )

Pair with defender drone and self healing, i double even AP railgun on viking OD cant take them down
