Anything that received critical damage adjustments since April, really. Those being Firebird, Freeze, Tesla, Shaft, Striker and Hammer (specifically its effectiveness with augments). Firebird is low on that list after its recent change. It feels like it isn't doing much unless it's using Incendiary Mix. Probably because I always use Heat augments. 

 

Everything above is just...obnoxious is the word. Freeze crits feel unfair but is unfortunately justified by the range nerf and freezing nerf. Tesla, you've probably already heard enough about that. Shaft was already very powerful and then they once again buffed the sniping shot and then also doubled the critical damage. Got toned down in the lower modifications but still extreme at Mk7+.

Striker crits feel unfair but at least the turret has a learning curve to use it effectively. Doesn't apply to all Strikers, since Missile Launcher "Hunter" exists. Hammer...I don't have a problem with Stock, but its augments, namely the Ultra Container exclusive ones, are far too powerful. Looking at their stats on the wiki just frustrates me. Where are the downsides for these damn win buttons? 

 

I don't think any hulls feel broken. Hornet, as I say again, is obnoxious the way they pushed it into being a high burst damage dealer. Mammoth feels like it counters too many Overdrives. It's good that it's finally getting some love, but the buffs have been too much in my opinion. It at least shouldn't counter Ares' Overdrive.

Whether you like Hover Hulls or not, a new Hull is coming. I went on the Test Server to collect my thoughts on it, and sharing it here in case you don't want to try it, or have the time to do so yourself. Thank you @MysticBlood for helping me with the tests.

The new Hull is named Paladin.

It has quite interesting mechanics. Although it retains the ability of a standard Hover Hull, when using mouse-controls, it sorta gives me a feel of a tracked Hull.

As for its Overdrive. 

Overdrive affecting User/Teammates:

  • It has a visible linking laser to show its range when connecting with nearby tanks.
  • Passively heals you over time, similarly to the original Titan-Dome. Nearby teammates will also be healed.
  • Gives you a Status Immunity effect for the duration of the Overdrive. Nearby teammates will also receive this.
  • The positive Effects hypothetically lasts your full Overdrive, but if your teammates are out of range, the Effects are removed.

Overdrive affecting Enemies:

  • When an enemy is within range of your Overdrive, it applies the Armor-Piercing Status Effect, and the Jammer Status Effect. 
  • The negative Status Effects hypothetically lasts your full Overdrive, but if they are out of range, the Effects are removed.

The Overdrive itself promotes Support. It lasts for a decent amount of time, which can help with healing teammates, supporting getaways, and defending.

I think it is a pretty cool Hull, but like the situation with Crusader. I don't like how it visually looks. 

It looks like a pod-racer from Star Wars, or a Chicken.

I like how balanced the OD is since you have to be within a 5 meter radius or less to make the OD work effectively. As like you said, the only thing I don't like about it is the design. I felt like the design could have been slightly better.

I'd say railgun is unbalanced, but no by the pro side; it's unbalanced on the con side. The damage was reduced drastically; but it's still quite popular I dunno why

The critical damage of hammer ignore protection 

Critical damage is deal full damage even if only one bullet hit you, as one shot of hammer is 21 bullet spreading from far

some augment of hammer increases damage and maybe they use booster drone or ap effect before shot which ignore your double amor as well

get Ap immu and defender drone, if lucky, get critical protection module from ultra container

It is designed for close range fights,

The 3x tesla/paladin take turn covering each other will hit enemy base for 1 min. 
 

tesla can damage multiple tanker at same time, with ap effect, it can take all nearby enemy down with covering from teammat if they all od at same time. Making AP at all surround tanker with their tesla chain. (Imagine if tesla EMP/stun augment released, that is double effect )

Pair with defender drone and self healing, i double even AP railgun on viking OD cant take them down

I still say blunder buss is better; the reload is pretty quick. However I myself also saw many hammers both in the higher ranks and by noob account manipulating battles.

Its funny when people think if something is popular, then its OP and needs a nerf. Everyone pretty much does this these days.

Probably a Blunderbuss with Booster. Here's a quick video for you. It's a bit old, as a few changes were made to Blunderbuss since that upload date, but the premise remains the same.

This was not the case before and I made sure of it the first and subsequent times I spotted each change. I did it on both of my Premium and non premium accounts since then and they all gave the same number. Today for some reason, premium is affecting it. 

After the server restart on Friday, it is back to 40. 60 with Premium.

So blunderbuss has more pellets per shot and higher critical chance, and any tank hit by ONE pellet still takes max damage if it's critical.

And the wider spread which is supposed to be a minus is actually a plus for criticals.

Oh my....

I own blunderbuss and let me tell you something, its very strong. Eventhough that the spread is garbage its very powerful. My hammer is mk7-6 and with blunderbuss with boosted damage I can easily one shot medium hulls and give  about 3k damage without boosted damage its in 1600s range. (This is talking about its crit damage )

I know Blunderbuss is "OP" but...

Everything is "OP?!!" when paired with Viking's overdrive lol.

Lmao Jumper meant to show in the thumbanil about the crit damage  and spread range of blunderbuss as that concept was original of its time , irrespective of viking OD or not

I know that's what he meant...

 

It's just the claim that Blunderbuss is OP would've been more believable to someone who didn't know about the augment had we didn't see that his Viking has the Berserk Overdrive effect on it in the thumbnail - cause due to the overdrive effect, it looks like the overdrive was doing the work.

I like how people are cracking down on tesla being so op which can be understandable. But I feel like hammer and freeze are powerful.  Hammer with its status augments and freeze with its ridiculous crit buff. In still seeing so many hammers and now more freezes are starting to show up.

Indeed , hammer has in a while gained popularity whereas freeze got a drastic update which led to its excessive use.

 

Tesla works quite well in close range if the enemy doesn't have any prot against it.

Freeze is my go-to turret at moment on my alt account - even on maps like Berlin.  Just go long way around and ambush a bunch of defenders with Freeze-dictator or freeze-hunter.  It really is silly to have 400% critical bonus. 

Makes no sense that Freeze got 400% while Fire has 100%.  4x ????

Firebird has x2 critical damage. But yes, Freeze is ridiculous right now. It's really obnoxious when a Freeze Hornet comes and just kills anything in front of it instantly. I see the Freeze Hornet on low HP and someone about to ambush it from behind, the Freeze turns around and wipes them immediately.

 

This is the direction they're heading. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
