I wonder if anybody's raged on here about my Titan-Rail combo being overpowered yet. It was certainly more fun a couple years ago before the faster traverse speed augment was a thing since it was more of a joke build, but between that and Railgun in general getting faster it's become even more viable even without augments.

But it does raise the avg damage by 160 - that is not insignificant.

And it gets a +20% impact on top of that.  Sounds like a true upgrade to me.

Not sure about the first 2 questions, but I would say 160 is a pretty insignificant sum. The impact force upgrade is an unnecessary addition but kind of makes sense with the "theme" of the augment - unstable rounds, higher damage shots, higher impact force. Scout's impact force is definitely more of an issue than on this augment. 

And no, it definitely isn't a true upgrade like something like the 5 clip augment for hammer would be as it is luck dependent, and if you don't get the upgrade all the time then it's a situational upgrade, not a true, constant upgrade.

Well 160 represents about +13% on average damage of 1200.  +13% is more than the max allowed by Brutus done.

So if the damage buff & nerf offset each other, that leaves a net 20% impact buff.  IMO that's a consistent upgrade.

The true upgrade to Railgun is "Death Herald" Compulsator. Out of all the energy restoration augments, "DH"C is the most fundamentally unbalanced.

Attach a fully MUed crisis drone and hornet OD, and that's basically why.

I'm disregarding drones and Overdrives. Just talking about Stock Railgun vs "DH"C.

Zero damage - generally a very bad idea, but here is an improvement:

if the re-spawning tank has immunity from hostile fire, then make it impossible for that tank to pickup a flag or a football until damage can be suffered.

I swear to god Defender drone really needs a nerf, man I play with thunder m4 and I barely do 120 damage cs ppl own that drone and think themselves pro. And if I ask for it, you might say it is little weak bcs it uses 3 DA per time. Its not the nerf, reduce the protection level of the drone. https://prnt.sc/tkghe1 Says ez and most of them were drone warriors. I swear I had better score than him tho I wasn't using drone. ММ is not unfair. It's just poorly implemented and largely random. In one battle you lose no matter how hard you try, in the other your team wins even if you do nothing. Neither situation is enjoyable. I would roughly estimate just 20% of MM battles that are actually fun with balanced teams and maps (try winning ASL for offence on Highways e.g.)

Unfair means a constant bias towards one side. For example a roulette in casino where in the long run you are expected to lose is unfair. I don't know if such a bias exists in MM. Slow loading, AFK and fleeing players are random factors.

MM is disastrous ,chaotic and works completely randomly .Either you get an OP team and decimate the other team or vice versa .so either it's unfair for them or for us .balanced matches exist very few ,so it's safe to say MM is mostly unfair

Actually - here's how MM IS unfair.

My alt account is now Marshal.  But many (most?) battles I'm placed in with Legends.  I have a top-3 mission to complete.  It's hard enough to complete that when you face your peers (avg of 60 battles for top-3 x15).  But when you are lumped with players that have items which are 12% to 25% better than yours (not to mention drones) it becomes much, much harder to complete.

So individually, when MM assigns me to battles with players significantly higher, that IMO is unfair.
