You can be hit behind the wall with almost all other turrets, but no longer with magnum, despite this being its only positive side. 

Other turrets have auto aim, with magnum it's the opposite. You can shoot 3 times in a row with 3 drastically different lengths of shots and hitting the target only once. 

Spawning discrimination - that has been going for a long time. If you get killed in your base by a short range turret before you inflicted any damage, you will get spawned directly in the path of that short range turret and you'll get killed immediatelly before you even get the chance to fire. And you'll get spawned like that several times in a row, always in a perfect correlation with direction and speed of the short range turret you were killed by. What's the point in that? 


So why aren't all crytals returned and magnum simply deleted from avaliable turrets? 
What's the point in keeping it?

I need to digest this information a bit as both you and boris4311 (one of the most prodigious player) use magnum mainly.

That would not be a nerf.  If it's actually happening to you it would be a glitch.

Kind of like I still experience the no-damage glitch from time to time.

Gauss is the one that never should have come to be. It replacing multiple turrets is frankly unacceptable.

And the fact that EMP Salvo exists...no. There is no defending Gauss.

I see vikings everywhere now more than ever. Im tired of getting destroyed by this od. And frankly people saying hoppers op. Viking is way more worse its like having the last second win button. Very annoying to go against this hulls od when more than half of  the opposing team uses them.

Its Tanki's favorite turret. I used to hate, HATE Gauss. But. If you can't beat em, and they will NEVER nerf it, Join em. Striker is trash.

A skilled Striker user will absolutely wipe the floor with Gauss players to be honest. This especially applies for Remote Rocket Explosives - if the user is skilled, the Striker can just hit the guy behind the wall. I should add, given Striker's recent reload buff, it can actually hold its own now compared to Smoky, Thunder, as well as the arcades of Gauss, and Shaft.

Plus, be honest, without any Overdrive or drone, the Striker will just absolutely smash the Gauss with lock-on damage, which really doesn't even take that long to lock on compared to Gauss.

the aim lock hold on time (Aiming recovery time) of gauss is 2 sec, lock-on take 1.7s
the aim lock hold on time (Aiming recovery time) of striker is 1 sec, lock-on take 2.8s

means when both lock on each other,
- striker laser is easy to tell the timing of striker aim lock
 - just before 1 sec of aiming, gauss can hide behind wall for 1s
- striker 1s aiming lock is lost, gauss move out and continue aim 0.7s to fire
- striker has to restart aiming for 2.8s, after lock off by salvo shot
- if gauss stick with a wall, it is easy to tell flying rocket on last minute, and mostly hit by 1-2 rocket only

Agree with you, because it's too OP.  When I looked to your profile you barely can use any turret than Magnum, and any hull than Hunter. So maybe this what made you think Magnum is UP? You haven't test the other turrets!! test them at least to realize that Magnum is OP..! Try to capture the flag with Hornet in example or any hull and you will realize how Magnum is really annoying.

I have used Magnum in my initials of this account for a long time, it was a really strong and gave me a huge advantage.

Its hardness of use, could be solved by just the first hour of using the turret, you have played 500+ hrs so you surely adopted with that (But it's not harder than Vulcan).

It's the second strongest turret with the single shot in the game after Shaft, higher than Railgun LCR and Gauss. And the highest impact force in the game higher than Shaft and any other turret.

It's approximately the only turret that you don't have to hit the target directly but you just have to hit the ground around him and he will day. Opposite of Railgun and Gauss and many other turrets that you have to hit the enemy directly to deal your damage. When I run with the flag, I can easily dodge Gauss/Railgun shots with hiding behind obstacles and they have to chase me and cross the obstacle to hit me. But Magnum, nope, they just shoot randomly in the ground around me and yeah I basically get destroyed with the huge splash-damage.

Magnum has the second hugest splash-damage radius in the game after Gauss, with hugely 20m radius. Isn't this compensate completely the hardness of use? Magnum are always just shooting randomly and it's really enough to damage a bunch of people altogether.  But if Magnum had to shoot me directly like Railgun, I can assure you that 80% of Magnum shots wont hit me ever.

I can confidently say that Magnum is the seconds most OP turret in the game after Gauss and maybe even more OP than Gauss.

Oh and even in some maps Magnum is incredibly dominator in them, like Noise ?? If you played in the lower team, you will say how Magnum is disgusting there. But it's not in our discussion as it's a map from pro-battles not MM.

To be honest when I've read you said Magnum is the worst turret in the game, I hurried up just wanting to insult you without even giving my opinion, as I though no sane human can argue with this. But after I read your post I said umm maybe he haven't understand very well !

Which one was released earlier, striker or gauss? Striker. Which one should be deleted (if we want to delete one)? Gauss.

When the creator of the "What Is Your Opinion about the current state" have reached the topic with more than 101 pages... OMG Great ! and that represent our opinions and complaints about Tanki

But when you realize that he doesn't see Gauss EMP is OP nor Hopper is OP nor Booster  ?‍♂️

So what the thing that he see is deserve to complain or have ruined the game and messed up the balance ?? !! ?‍♂️

Funny you say that. I am a Remote Rocket Explosive Striker player and really good with it. Comparing it to my Electromagnetic Salvo. I’m very unimpressed. Have to disagree with you there. Striker sucks.

If I say Viking is OP how does it make you feel. Because it is. Hopper got it’s huge nerf.

What’s a Booster? I only see Defenders.

I only answered what I can understand. The grammatical issues frighten me.

If uranium striker still have 4 rocket, i would agree striker is best, but now it only has 2 rocket.

i have m7-20 striker, m7-20 magnum, m7-20 guass, they all better than my long loved railgun m7-20, because how many railgun protection there are.

Hopper the hull itself is OP because it's unable to flip and it can cross over tank, but the Viking itself isn't OP because it's just a normal hull.

EMP Gauss is in a disadvantage against EMP Immunity, true. But it has 14m radius (or in the past 20m while you also wasn't see it's OP), the biggest problem of EMP Gauss was the huge splash-radius. Don't forget, if you zapped someone who have EMP Immunity that's wont vanish your EMP and your EMP will affect all of the other hulls.

I want you to imagine yourself in my place and I predict you will answer a decent answer?

You're a f2p, and you always get wrecked by EMP Gausses.. But whenever you complain you get stunned by the EMP Gaussers (like you) who slap you and saying that it's weak because the EMP Immunity, while you couldn't even buy the EMP Immunity because it's a p2w thing.   What will you say? will eat your words and will stop consider EMP Gauss as OP above of your acceptance?

This is you if you wasn't lucky and get it from UCs, my opinion and my advice for you is Enjoy with your EMP you're lucky as you got it, but please go away from the discussions about it.

It's the same when I criticize Booster and you say nope Defender is more OP.. I will say to you either this or that they both are sucks and need to be removed from the game.

I can easily land my shot on the enemy with Magnum, but how many times I can do Salvo with Striker per battle? 3 ? 2? 1? or 0?

It has two parallel to shoot from which is really hard, its splash radius is just a useless, the rockets speed is a pretty slow, and lastly the damage doesn't worth all of the effort. So this is why I say the arcade mode is pretty sucks, And if someone don't give a care for the Salvo I advice him to never use Striker.

I've just started with Striker (at Mk7-7 at the moment) and I don't get to use salvos much either, but I think that normal shots are quite effective

I've played for over 1600 hours with Smoky though, so my playing style is already based on chipping away at targets instead of trying to one-shot / salvo them, and I find aiming and remembering which side is going to fire quite easy

I'm too inexperienced to say that it's useless, but it is a lot of fun; I managed to kill someone on the other of Berlin yesterday and watching the rocket fly and hit was extremely satisfying

I was trying to finish the win 10 battles mission last night and Magnums (many with AP) were everywhere and giving me hell

At high ranks / Mks it's incredibly powerful for skilled players
