Then the legends with alt accounts will get those buff too. A new account and an alt account are identical.

Edit: currently at 4 straight 5-0 ctf battles. The best format in tanki is full of blowouts. The last one was 6v8 for at least half of the battle

Ever heard of IP addresses?

Yes....I've played my account on several of them and several people's accounts have been played on the same IP...point is, this would become a mess

My worst experience so far was a Kungur battle where the highest GS on my team was 7777, with many of my teammates much below that (around 5k), yet the enemy team had 4 players above 8.5k GS, 2 of those had more than 9k. The rest of their team had good GS as well compared to mine. It was bad.

The unequipping of the protection modules must've broke something in MM in the short run. Because battles aren't what they used to be before the conversion. It's getting demotivating.

In last battle GS range between players was from 3400 to 9400?????

GS difference can get big if there aren't many players online at the moment, so MM has to increase the range of players in order to fill battles quickly enough. The important thing to look for is your team's total GS compared to the enemy team. In most cases it should be quite similar.

Also keep in mind that MM doesn't only use GS when putting players into teams.

Or if the server is overheating.

Last night, I saw a Firebird Mk7/Viking Legacy on the other team with a GS of 9219. Their rank was Major General.

Meanwhile I'm over here with 6695 GS Firebird Mk6 (9/10)/Hunter Mk6 (9/10), and only one rank lower. My GS is pretty good imo, so there were definitely people with a lower GS than me (I didn't check)

Last battle GS was between 2400 and 9800.   Tanki devs are so lazy to do anything usefull.

Nah, their brains work differently from ours. I'll give you a demonstration of what I mean:

Players that request something useful: do something about the top 3 in winners team mission or add better maps like deathtrack and skylark to MM.

Lead developer: nah, that's not gonna help at all.

Some developer that suggests useless things: why don't we make a siege mode where it becomes a moshpit in one point and is exploited by titans, and Gauss hornets? Or make an MK update that is so ridiculous that it'll send hate towards us?

Lead developer: that's a great idea, let's do it!

I dont think this is possible...I also hate when I see high rank ppl showing screenshots of them wrecking low ranks with an alt account

This is one of the biggest reasons why a genuinely new player (which in this game is referred as 'Noob') don't stick to this game after a first or second try. Whenever I see some veteran bragging about 'beating bunch of noobs' I try my best to make them realize what they're doing.

I'll bet that 3400 GS player had no trouble at all completing missions or gettting Stars.

It's pointless to have a battle with "even Teams" if a bunch of players in that battle just should not be there.

This is another example of why TO is losing players.  New players get frustrated with silly matchMaking like described above, and just give up.

As far as I know, this only happens in less popular modes during less busy times of day. There's still plenty of players to have more-or-less effective MM most of the time.

Most ctf games I play end 5-0 or close to it. Not sure why, but the large majority of games in that mode are blowouts. I have had a few decent battles lately, but a significantly larger number of shutouts. Many were over within 2-3 mins as one team cant even get fully set up before enemies have scored a bunch. Happens a lot in he smaller maps like sandbox

Happens in every mode.  And since we get missions in every mode...

Small consolation for those that get Shafted (pun intended)

Yes, maybe except multiple enemies using supplies and overdrives will beat one with supplies. Larger maps don have this problem so much, but the game is just so fast...personal choices are many times overwhelmed by sheer number of enemys

I just meant that the trooper drone makes it much, much easier for a player to Cap a flag while enemy team is being loaded into the battle.

It's 1-0 before you blink.

Oh yes yes yes. Right. To be fair tho, I dont really care about the game score as long as it is a good battle. We might lose 4-0 and yet it was a tight battle. What I hate, is when we lose 5-0 because my team got obliterated the entire time, which tends to be the case.

I love how 6 out of 7 of your team's players are at/above the amount of points the top player on the other team has... ?

I'm really baffled at how MM makes some teams. I use Support Nanobots on 2 accounts and they both rely solely on my teammates. I have no damage to fall back on. My team cannot do much if the enemy team has Mk6s and 7s while half of my team has majority Mk4s and 5s with no protection modules or 1 or 2. A battle I just had described that, and we were thoroughly defeated.

It's still somehow placing weak players with other weak players at times.

I wouldn't be so upset if I was using a damaging combo, as I could kill enemies for score while being spawnkilled myself, but my score earning with Isida relies on my teammates, which makes this stand out to me more.

I still maintain that some of that imbalance is "Groups" vs "non-Groups".  "They" say it doesn't happen but - you can see the way some opposition co-operates.  It's too synched to be non-groups.   If only they's add tags and make it more transparent...

Yeah I tend to play long range combos now so I dont see the carnage as much except in smaller maps like sandbox and highland. Sometimes the games arent even somewhat close
