Not so sure.  They've changed it - ONCE AGAIN - so... it's not as effective at very long ranges.  Moving targets at long ranges will not take as much damage.  So yeah... up closer it's stronger.  But from far away not as strong.   So they give with one hand and taketh away with the other.

Premium Alterations isn't a great idea at all, it affects game balance..

Better to keep Vulcan Ultra and new shot effect only in the bundle.... Stop putting stuff that affect balance with real money!

And what happened to Railgun ULTRA? That turret was supposed to be exclusive in bundles and then a couple of months later it shows up as one of the rotation items in the shop. Same went the way of the Doo-doo bir.... Errrr, XT items.

Vulcan is not for everyone, 
as it is specficly built for team battles ,, where it can't do solo , and needs isida player for healling then Vulcan is fearsome like.

please note that Vulcan player will never be top players in scores as it has its draws 
am an Vulcan player with over  2 millons expenriences and i know all how to use that beast effectively and how to destroy it effectivelly !!!,,, 

now my point is :
1. why are you overprice tanki online ? 

2. Do you even have a heart ? or else how would you satisfy your kid to purchase that unique item ? will you do it ? 

3. lets be real the price for Vulcan is over rated, for $99.99 it is not worth for it or any item in tanki ,, 
well i can pay for it @ # $50 at best but $99.99 its an NO NO NO NO for me !!!

Hey! I understand that at first it seems like you described it. But look at it this way: Tanki is a free-to-play game. Buying this alteration doesn't guarantee that you will always destroy your enemies easier than others.

 

Is it impossible to kill a Vulcan with rubberized rounds? No, it's not impossible.

 

Is it impossible to be top-1 in a battle if you don't have this alteration? No, it's not impossible. 

 

I used this alteration yesterday and had 24/2 K/D ratio. Can I do the same on Ricochet/Magnum/Shaft? Yes, I can and I do. 

 

Does this turret and alteration has any disadvantages? Yes, it has some pros and cons like any other turret and alteration. 

 

We made this alteration available for money only but this has nothing in common with P2W, because your skill is what matters.

How many battles did you play yesterday? Because according to what I see, this update had no effect on how many crystals and stars you were earning before the update and how many you earn after the update. So, did this update really affect your game experience?

As it was said previously, instead of changing Prime skins the company decided to create new Ultra skins. We firstly gave Thunder Ultra to those who had Thunder Prime, but it seriously affected our key numbers so we had to make this harsh decision and sell Ultra skins separately. Unfortunately, such situations happen.
