The daily missions are just too freaking hard

I dusted off one of my higher ranked accounts and tried playing for a week or so.  It is very discouraging.  The missions take forever to complete and the rewards are truly sad for the amount of time put in to complete the missions.  You finally grind through 20 daily mission and get 125 mines and football paint. grrrrr

 

I still play Tanki a lot, but only in lower ranks.  I've tried several times to renew my interest in higher rank battles and accounts, but the missions are so burdensome and the game-play itself such a frenetic drug spam to stay alive more than a second or two...there is no strategy, it's just luck.  This is so far from what Tanki was when it was fun.

 

Then add HTML into the already degraded mix and I don't see much future for me and Tanki.  If the devs reduced the difficulty of the missions it might inspire me (and others) to play more.  If you can't earn income you can't be competitive.  The missions are too hard to complete to stay competitive.

You're not a fan of the do 1.5M damage to enemies missions?  ?

uuhhh, nope.  Almost all of the missions are way too much for way too little.   So I just don't play Tanki much anymore.  Maybe in the old days when you had longer battles, could interact with friends, and there was none of the magic-foo-foo ODs, etc....when Tanki was fun I might have been up for such huge missions, but not now in these pitiful battles.  So I just don't play and have abandon any higher ranked accounts.  Pretty sad really.  I gotta give you guys that still play credit for helping to keep the game alive, I'm sure no help anymore.

True .. The missions get harder every level , So why cant the rewards also get higher.

At WO5 i have missions that are pretty hard and i get the same rewards a a private would get.

Its Pretty unfair !

Missions dificulty range from easy to dificult. Missions are extras, do not try to do all 3 of them everyday docus on the 2 easy ones and do the third one either in 2 days or change it the next day. There is no point to spend crystals to change them as there is a loop, after 10 changes or so you will be proposed the same set.

Change any of them that provide you with speed boost. I skip mission in siege mode too.

The green containers are useless, I only do missions for the weekly containers.

Rewards definitely get better. I get 34 drugs or 1500 crystals for the 3rd mission on my highest ranked account(3 diamonds, dunno what the rank is called). My low rank account gets 4 drugs or 225 crystals. However, 3 batteries rewards suck.

My Captain account is going to get 3674 crystals from doing three missions today, but I think getting that every day (over 25'000 per week) without the hassle of doing what some people on the mobile version would break the game, especially when the amount of supplies you get from containers is much more than you can get from missions.

I do missions to get green containers (still worth about 3'000 crystals each based on probability of crystals, gold boxes, or premium) and weekly containers. Getting crystals instead of supplies is a bonus, it's not my main reason for doing them.

Not that rewards the weekly missions one .. we have to complete 10 missions of hard level and get the same 2 weekly cont. and 1 normal cont,

I try to be selective in the missions I participate in. I avoid missions where I don't know if I'll get anywhere after playing a game. Examples are like cap flag, score goal, destroy juggernaut, etc. No matter how good you are, if you're put in a team of weak players, you may not get anywhere. Something like deal damage to enemies and finish a ctf are good.  You will always keep the needle moving. Unfortunately, finish in the top 3 in the weekly mission cannot be changed so you will have to grind through it. It is doable still as you will be put into battles where you are in the stronger side. Half way through those, if you are close to the top, power up.

Well, some people think that players actually enjoy completing difficult missions, even if they don't give any particular increase in rewards. At least that's what I think was the response to my suggestion.

I see your point, however you can still buy supplies with the crystals from the battles fund. By focusing on one combo (instead of 2 or more) you reinvest these crystals towards supplies, it i not ideals (but when you are tight on crystals you must managed it well). That was difficult to do so before, but nowadays on average one xp provides players with more crystals than before to to the new funds system. So no, I disagree with you, missions are not a necessity, however they allow you to not invest crystals in supplies and help to expand your garages.

Weekly containers also scale with rank. Although containers don't.

Having just 1 combo can be quite limiting, and "expanding" also includes getting more modules.  Not having modules puts a player at a disadvantage. The rewards from Battle Fund will not let you do this efficiently - would take forever without something like a Premium Pass.

Investing crystals in supplies is the LAST thing you want to spend crystals on.

Thanks, I corrected the typo.
Modules are part of the equipment so buy as you need and strategically (I stopped all module MU at 42%). Premium is a way to buy time, so it is forever divided by 2 (roughly). 
Yes, I agree this is the last thing you want to do and missions helps on that part.

I rarely get that easy a combo.  Usually I have to do two different battle-modes.  Sometimes 3 - even after the free switch...

I skipped the hard one from yesterday "one billions of score in siege" and change it today to 10 OD (good move to spend a bit of crystals this time).

It is quite often i got 2 to 3 missions that can be done in one battle mode. I never try to force trying to complete the 3 of them, even like this i have more than enough supplies stock-piled:

Is this your lower-ranked alt?  Cuz those supplies look somewhat "lean"...   (or maybe you use them up in Challenges... if so - ignore)

• Use Overdrives (easiest)

• Use Supplies/Catch Boxes

• Capture points

• Earn crystals

• Destroy enemies

• Capture flags

• Place in the top 3 of the winning team

• Destroy the Juggernaut

• Score goals (hardest)

 

I always change the Score Goals mission, no matter the number of goals required. I change the Destroy the Juggernaut mission if the number of destructions required is higher than one. Top 3 missions can be difficult, but if I play Control Points it isn't too bad.

They're not difficult at all. Just pretty time-consuming (especially if it's the hard mission). I'd put them between Earn Crystals and Destroy Enemies.
