Yes, time of cool down that it puts you on did need a nerf, but making it only last 5 seconds is way too harsh.

 

But the fact that they didn't mention it is what pisses everyone off.

 

Also I think they lied to us about being able to see other players equipped alterations in battle.

I claimed some special missions (20 OD used, and 50 speed ups used) and it gave me some sort of discount as a reward, but i cannot find that discount anywhere in the shop with the current sales going on, and don't know what it was applicable for.

Another hunter's OD nerf.... that sucks.

It seems that we are seeing a trend here...it looks like they realized ODs were overpower and now they are nerfing them all, decreasing the importance of them in battle. They nerfed mammoth's OD, then titan and now hunter for the second time. Let’s hope they will nerf hornet too, the reduction of duration from 30s to 20s isn't enough now that they have nerfed other ODs. Let’s hope they will find a way to balance hornet’s OD, some players are almost immortals when they equip defender drone and RGC magnum killing every light and medium hulls in one shot for 20s, then they die and a few seconds later they already have the OD ready again. In battle it seems like they have the OD active the whole battle. They should also take full splash damage when their OD is active, ignoring their own modules protection, DA and drones’ effects. By the way, magnum also needs a nerf, there are too many in MM battles. I don't understand why Devs buffed magnum 3 time in a row, it already was a popular turret. Not a long time ago I played a battle against 7 magnums, 7 out of 8, that is a lot. We won easily and I don't mind to face so many magnums but diversity makes the game more interesting.

They nerf Hunter 2x now (if last one was not an accident) but continue to leave hornet OD as is?

I suspect that is because it's the "darling" of what some think of as "elite" players and the uproar would be huge.  So it continues to be the most popular hull (yes IT IS for any deniers) and can kill at will without any true counters.

Definitely agree.  These days, the "best" answer to these "elite" Hornets is rival "elite" Hornets, which doesn't really happen thanks to the pro-pubstoming MM system.

Back to Hornet's OD (or Radar), I'd make it so that instead of ignoring the effects of Double Armor, module protections, or Titan's Dome OD, Radar would instead weaken these effects for Radar's user.  Consequently, Titan's OD would become stronger and players won't be as easy to OHKO anymore.

I do now. But we shouldn't have to push tab to see their alterations. It takes up the most important part of the screen. Should've been made possible to view just by pressing the "R" or "V" keys or just have it in their HUD by default.

Ya, not being able to press 'R' or 'V' to see alts and GS rly sucks... I mean before, you could just press 'V' and see the alt+gs hovering of the tank you're looking at, but now, you have to press tab, and then spend a bunch of time looking for the player's name instead of just seeing it with the tank. Also,

2. in HTML5 A player's health bar never goes completely down. They die when there is still a little bit left in their health. This really annoys me when I'm trying to wait and shoot at the right time to kill juggernaut, as he dies before the health fully disappears. The same goes for the energy bar for rico, fire, freeze and other turrets. The energy bar always has a bit of yellow visible.

3. I can't see player's clan tags or clan in battle anymore. It just looks like everybody has no clan...this is really the most frustrating thing for me (Other than the first comment)

Well, sort of.  I think my post was worded weirdly, but the idea is that Radar gets nerfed so that players have at least some sort of protection besides Lifeguard. 

Right now, as we both know, Radar ignores ALL defensive buffs, though each buff reduces damage by different extents (i.e. Double Armor cuts damage received by 50% while Titan's protective dome minimizes damage received by 90%). 

Anyways, my original idea was to have Radar merely boost the user's damage by a set rate like, I dunno, 1.5x more damage. 

With this compromise, Hornet users can still be powerful, but now they have to put more effort into defeating foes with strong defensive buffs like Titan's protective dome Overdrive. 

In the above case, ignoring supply and drone effects, a Radar user would only do effectively 0.15x damage (since 1.5 times 0.1 equals 0.15) against a foe under a Titan's dome.
