Should gauss be nerfed?

Can you set up a poll with choices Yes and No?

I think the Electromatic Salvo Augment definitely needs a nerf. It should have a friendly fire effect. If the splash radius hits you, you not only take damage, but remove your own supplies and cooldown. If it hits your own teammate, they dont take any damage, but also lose supplies. because this alterations (augment) really just a buff. Just like Hull Augments

I was waiting for when the new Scout would be discussed. If you're going to nerf Scout, then you're going to have to nerf "Death Herald" Compulsator, Heavy Capacitors, High-Capacity Ammo Clip, Adaptive Reload, Dragon's Breath, Missile Launcher "Hunter", Incendiary Mix...basically the really powerful augments. A good number of the alterations got buffed, and not by too much. Scout happened to be one of the chosen and if it is OP, well, what are we to say? They're augments. They can get away with making your turret an upgrade.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've come face to face with this and I must say that this change may blow Stock Railgun out of the water. The biggest disadvantage compared to Stock was that it couldn't one-shot a light hull, but now its average damage comes close to one-shotting them. And a Thunder-like reload allows them to keep at it much quicker.

Scout simply looks like one of the "desirable" augments that make getting an augment feel good. You get something powerful rather than a dud like say Reinforced AIming Transmission for Railgun. Who knew 10% would be so much?

When using smoky I always equip incendiary alt since 98% of targets have no protection against afterburn.

Also bought dragons breath (just before they removed alts) for the hammer I will eventually start using.

The nerf to modules in conjunction with the hull 'augments' is just brutal.  Have not seen that many firebirds onone map in a loooong time.

Fun Fact: Did you know it's supposed to be a long range weapon? ?

It does way too much damage with little to no effort. At least Rail and Shaft require some skill -- albeit little.

I think they're just doing the "shootout" special mission. For me, the only thing that's keeping me from using firebird, freeze, or isida is that MM mostly will put me in a map like highways, stadium or any other large map with very little cover.

Yes we know it’s a long range turret. But its also effective at mid ranges. And actually it requires a lot of skill to use especially at long ranges because it is hard to track enemies without a laser to guide you.

No it doesn't. It has autoaim when you're in scoped mode.

So does railgun and so many other turrets. It would be too hard to use without it. And it has auto aim in arcade shooting as well.

Lol, compared to striker, Gauss is the better turret. That long barrel should be enough of a guidance factor.
