The fire damage dealt by Vulcan is derived from it's overheating hull.  No overheating should mean no fire damage.

They have messed up again.  Not surprised though...

Hello,

1st of all. Before this new update everyone could get crystals for playing XP/BP. Now this new update showed up, and XP/BP players can't get any crystals for playing it. Not all XP/BP players plays MM. So how can these players get more crystals? Please bring that old XP/BP update back! :c

2nd. Before this new update tankers could choose alterations by them selves. But now, we can get it only from containers. As I said, not all players plays MM and gets chance to catch or get containers. So what should these tankers do? Buy it? Well not everyone r spending money on the game. Please reply if u would change it back, or not.

btw using that alteration makes your vulcan so slow .almost  everyone prefer Reinforced aiming transmission alt not that one.

"Projectile speed: -0.07%".   -0.07 is a pretty small number.  Insignificant IMO.

It's projectile speed is good i was talking about rotation speed that is so slow and doesn't worth it to use it .

We don't know what the projectile speed penalty is yet. It's certainly not 0.07. I've been trying to compare Incendiary Band gameplay to Rubberised Rounds gameplay so I could have an estimate. No luck so far since there isn't much IB gameplay.

Rotation of Incendiary band is same as rotation for stock.  It's not great - but not brutal.

If I had fire immunity I'd be using it + Incendiary band 24/7 if it was medium or heavy hull.
