How are you going to tailor Challenges for this?

And if necessary, have them around when there's a gap of time where nothing exciting is happening in terms of events like that 3 month period between tanki's birthday and tankers day.

Technically they are missions. But they won't harm teamwork as badly, in fact they'll help encourage it a bit more. And they will be actual challenges. Not the challenges wannabe grindfests we got now.

Trying to go by ping will definitely increase time waiting as system will never have enough of each to fill a game.

If they implement a Lobby will solve a lot of issues.  The impatient players can wait 30 seconds - not the end of the world to have better battles.

Bruh he talks bout em in Vlog 252 which was released on May 8th. Why would he talk about rebalancing them so late? It's obvious he was talking about future rebalance.

Idea about ping is only to fix core issue that is both teams loads with different delays and it can be implemented as another parameter in current MM system.

Lobby may seem convenient but it is not easy to implement. what we want before start : 1-map info, 2-selecting appropriate equipment, 3-evenly loaded players(min 6 players each). It may be something like a screen that shows map info and garage opened. can also include selected player list. delay= selecting map and players(depends on MM algo) + loading map on client (players mbps if not in cache) + lobby.  lobby can be displayed after map selection, while filing up player slots and loading map.

someone should also post it in ideas and suggestion.

Lobby is one of the few things TX got right.

Would be applied almost same way. Map is already selected before you enter lobby. 15-20 seconds after min # players enter lobby battle will start. So players have about that time to switch some gear.
