Why so much boosts these days, we're getting tired of them, we just want things to go back to normal before tanki's birthday kicked off.

 

Also once again, there have been balance changes that the devs decided to not announce. Which I don't know why they decided to do this.

But anyway here are the basics of it:

· All adrenaline augments can be purchased with crystals and also got buffed.

· Vulcans damage is nerfed by at least 12%. (I hope this won't make the turret too weak now.)

· Isidas healing exp earning gets a tiny buff.

· Shaft got a buff and so did one of its augments the rapid fire mode.

Have to say g/s is somewhat of a joke,but each to their own  as long as they are having fun does it really matter?

there is gonna be a significant change in the use of Vulcan, now you wont see as many hornet vulcans as you did in the past months

It has 800 DPS at Mk8 now. My guess is that Hornet Vulcan will still triumph over all the hulls because it gets to ignore the plethora of Vulcan protection that is now in Legend battles. Vulcan is now dealing 20% less damage against many protection modules. So it wouldn't surprise me if the other hulls struggle while Hornet Vulcan still dominates relatively.

You say these missions are going to "keep you going" and you're going to "enjoy" this event? Looks like you've really been "kept going" and "enjoying" the game recently, lol.

You can make positive comments about stuff without pretending like you actually play the game.

I am not playing with this account anymore, I reach Legend rank so I finished the game. There is no point to get more Legend ranking, not for me. I did not spend money in this so I am not bound to this account. I guess buyer feels like they have to continue because of the money invested. As F2P I am free... to do what I want.

So I started again with another account, and tried different combo: started with wasp smoky and now Hornet Hammer. I saved up enough (1M krystals) to buy Ares and the next Scorpion turret. So I will probably bought those and play with them. ?

My hornet eat Vulcan for breakfast, lunch and diner. At tea time I try to eat Hunter, but they are tough cookies, with short-range turret it is challenging.

How does that translate to 800 DPS from 1000DPS for a 20% nerf?     20 (bullets per second) x 44 = 880.    1000-880=120 120/1000 = 12%   no?

see below and stop giving me confused looks

The firing rate was also decreased from 0.05 to 0.055 seconds. That also decreased the damage.

ack... I translated that to reloading the empty enrgy bar... but I guess that's wrong - too short a time period.

So  0.05 to 0.055 reload makes that big a difference?  I guess that's 10% slower...

20% is HARSH.

 

Hornet OD - still untouched.  All this means is we see more magum-hornets.  Devs are friggin dumb.

Both the firing rate and the projectile damage come together to give the total DPS. That 0.005-second difference in the firing rate translates to ~2 less projectiles fired per second. So it's shooting ~18 of the 44-damage projectiles per second. 

 

Basically, Mk8 Vulcan after the nerf will be doing the damage that Mk7 Vulcan is doing right now.
