You can create a PRO Battle with default settings, which essentially makes it a regular battle.

I've replied in those threads and escalated to our Payments Manager. And no, I'm not trying to kid anyone. I'd appreciate it if you were a little more respectful when putting forward your complaint.

sometimes when i change hulls , the hull stops moving; its like glued to the ground ; also F5 doesn't work on the client after the latest update.

me and many others had this problem with being unable to move after changing equipment. opening the garage again and closing it helped me to solve it most of the times, but sometimes had to rejoin the battle

Regardless of the turret or hull, when you sell a customer a product, it is highly unprofessional to then change it and offer them the old version for an additional fee.  This is terrible customer service.  I have spent a fair amount of real money here on Tanki over the past several months, now only to see the items I purchased "altered' in ways that completely changes their nature.   Until you offer alterations to go back to the old version for free I will never spend another dime here.

BTW Cedric the cost of buying crystals and other products are too high for us Indians (Cuz 1$ is like 60-65 rupees for us)..try to improvise it a bit? =) :3

When registering in the game, you agreed to the terms and conditions, which state that you accept the fact that developers reserve the right to add/change/remove anything in the game without informing, consulting or refunding players. So this is just how the game works. Devs want to keep improving gameplay to make it more interesting (at least how they see it), so you can either accept the fact that your favourite items may be unexpectedly nerfed or changed every now and then, or just find a different game where developers don't work like that.

I don't know why but I find this answer way too easy. Especially towards someone who already spent a lot of money :rolleyes:

Tanki was changing turrets and hulls all the time throughout these years. If I was playing a game and saw all the weapons being drastically changed every now and then, I wouldn't spend a lot of money on it, knowing that the things I like and buy may be changed.

 

The best option for this player is to get used to the changes. Devs don't make these updates randomly to try and sabotage players' favourite turrets on purpose. They have their reasons to do this. The reason for giving Twins splash damage by default was to make it less effective at close range and more effective at medium range, which is where it's supposed to be.

So this "Re-enter the game" thing... Is it a bug or a feature? I've been getting that a lot lately, especially when accepting invites to a battle located on another server. And sometimes when I get into a prime position for a one-shot multiple kill.

It's certainly not a feature, it's an error. How to prevent a battle error.

There has been pretty terrible lag for the last few weeks in RU1 in particular.  I didn't complain as this has happened before, but the issue does need to be fixed really.  Loading screens in game and other problems result.

 

Also, the flood system is a real pain, especially in PM, it stops someone having decent conversations.  It's a major problem, perhaps work on stopping flood where multiple people write the same thing over and over such as "+" to a Gold box dropper, this would be a better flood system.

 

Final thing, I have a great suggestion to make, which is (although I am totally against the drug update) if you HAVE to do it, make sure that there is an option for the old supply system, both smart supplies and normal full drugs in the Pro Battle pass option.  Then have the new system for only normal non-pro battles.

I cant type or play "without" lag in EN 3 because of spammers so pls try to fix this "spam" problem.
