did I miss something since when did English players have to report issues with in game on the Russian form. don't we have a English report spot. also wasn't MM system suppose to remove players who are not participating in battles to be removed.. been seeing way more now over the holidays of players just sitting in battles . they do get killed maybe this is why the system do's not pick it up on there systems.

there suppose to be removed but its not happening.. seen it today in about 7 battles and more then 3 were just sitting in battles.

I checked. Every player except Field Marshal Ricosck was a multilevel Legend. I also checked for drones. I saw more mines in that battle than I've ever seen before. Oddly, only four of those multilevel Legends had drones. Three of them had the Sabatour drone, which each seemed to have fully MUd, given there were rings of 9 mines everywhere. I was wondering if they'd hacked the cool down, but I suppose the problem was we were unable to kill the minelayers, so the mines stayed until I ran over them. I don't know how many times my Dictator was shot into a mine that I was dodging.

Very often players laying mines, especially with Saboteur drone, are heavy hulls hiding somewhere using Magnum and being kept alive by 1 or more isida's. Hence the mines stay untill you trip over them.

I posted earlier that we need and ON/OFF switch for Drones.

 

That way we won't have to go to Garage to equip or unequip.

 

We also need an option to have a tank reversed, meaning that when the option is selected the tank spawns with it's back facing forward.

Please fix the following issue with Isida (it may be an update but it definitely causes a big problem in gameplay for Isida and Vulcan players, ruining core game mechanics) - when an Isisa heals a Vulcan who has suffered self damage they will get little or no score. This may also apply to a lesser extent to healing from Twins or Thunder self-damage.

 

This is very bad as it means Isidas are now going to end up very low on the score boards and waste supplies/ crystals for doing their job as intended of healing their team, and working with Vulcans to form an effective combo. It is currently a waste to heal a Vulcan and will result in getting low stars/crystals and wasting supplies.

 

This may have been done to impact power-levelling but it is not necessary, since healing self damage is no longer the best way to level in MM battles anyway, and such players attempting to do so will be reported. In addition, no matter the reasons (whether for power levelling or even to attempt to balance out Isida/Vulcan) the impact of this change on regular gameplay, fun factor and tactics for Isida players, and those of self-damage turrets is too great, so it is not good for the game.

Now Isida won't even get the ''little'' you mentioned but big 0. Whether you heal the Vulcan from 2% health all the way to 100% or whether you heal the Vulcan from half-through, you will get 0 for it unfortunately.

Yes, but these are urgent, so it is like a complaint.

 

Batteries are expensive and we need an ON/OFF switch that doesn't require us going to Garage. Maybe only an OFF switch shortcut to not complicate things. Then maybe even buyers would turn off their Drones when they are dominating and be less OP.

I'm mostly venting, but X-O, perhaps this information interests you.

 

As OKDad70 with M4 Titan-Thunder and Engineer Drone (GS 8840 at the time), I lead our TDM team for almost six minutes (in 1st place). Somehow, late in that game, team members were getting score and I wasn't. I ended fourth by 10 points. Missed advancing my 1st-3rd mission.

 

A couple more in that configuration were abismal loses. I tried a couple CTF with Titan-Vulcan (M3.19). One close loss, and one horid loss.

 

Then I switched to my preferred equipment, M4 Viking-Twins. CTF, we totally dominated (7-0 win in five minutes), and again, I missed third place by 5 points. That was with one flag, 7 kills and 1 death, and several kill-assists. Yes, I know how to score points. I'm fairly good at it, but getting that 1-3mission advanced one increment seems to always require five to seven matches, sometimes more. 

 

The missions for 1st-3rd on winning team (daily mission) can reasonably be expected to take three days for most players and three weeks on the weekly mission. It is a rather bogus requirement that really doesn't require any programming in Tanki. Just delete it from the missions lists.

Your post isn't deleted, it's moved to its proper topic. Let's please keep this topic for specific community and game issues only - there are already sections for Game Discussion as well as Ideas and Suggestions, where you can suggest yours as much as you want.

Suggestions aren't complaints. Also, it's not a bug that appeared after recent update which has to be reported here urgently, for CM to forward it to developers. Please stick to the topic and leave any game discussions for other sections.

Why does tanki have a complaint book when they are obviously not going to do anything about any complaints?

As you could read in the first post, it's made for a purpose: for developers to get an idea if something goes wrong and improve such matters. I'll repeat again, we collect all the feedback from players and from all platforms to report to developers; since devs are constantly working on improving and expanding the game it's obviously needed. So please understand that we are doing our job and to make it easier, this topic should stay clear of suggestions and discussions that are ongoing and can be done in topics made for that, like the one about matchmaking or the one about drones.

 

So once again, please don't clog this topic with discussion that can be done in Game Discussion section - that's why it exists in the first place. This one is for urgent, CM level issues only so let's keep it that way, thank you.

Hi , some kind of system to prevent abusers that create ridiculous amounts of accounts to manipulate users and scam people would be great , like some form of IP system that auto blocks after a number of accounts are being accessed with the same IP etc , i have been a victim myself and many others i am sure , i know tanki does a stunning job of keeping it as clean and enjoyable as possible but there are always going to be the ' cyber freaks ' that imitate multiple people etc and its un stoppable to a level , but i think the fact anybody can create over 1000 accounts is a bit crazy :(

We already suggested to devs to limit number of accounts created by someone, years ago, but I guess it's very hard to do it software-wise.

Some people in some country don't have a computer at home. They play in "Internet cafe". If you block IP, it can become a problem for these people.

2) Response from the other end - confirmation they have received the complaint and are analyzing it

3) updates on the analysis

4) a final ruling - with an explanation   (example is Viking - Hunter switcheroo - we never received a legitimate explanation on that)

 

Unless TO is willing to show good-will and do something like described above you are going to see the same complaints posted here over and over and over...

explain why we even have a CM ...when most of the work is done now by the admins posting, when he is off. he seldom is on line now a days. he hides in Discord playing on Mascarade . please explain on what his job is.. besides passing info which the admins are now doing.I find the admin or mods doing more work with players then the Cm. also Nives use to be on way more cause he was one of the players .

I think you're trying to tell us something when you say 'if you feel the need to discuss specific topics over and over again'.

 

But take the issue of battle balance, which started to slowly get worse and worse with every update after MM, Overdrives and Drones. Are you saying we shouldn't complaint about that because someone already did long ago?

 

If you check the last pages of complaints you'll see few complaints about OP alterations and turrets, not even complaining about Kits in the Shop earlier than in the garage. Most are about battle balance in Mm battles, and I think that's because players see this as still a big issue. In that sense the complaint book is like a thermometer on what's bothering players the most. But I understand, it doesn't look good... to the fewer and fewer players that visit the forum..

I agree with you and that's how I would do it, we'll certainly try to persuade developers to be more open and transparent about their plans and progress, not just to discuss them in V-logs but to post details in topics like this one.

As you have noticed, duties of CM are now more focused on work with the office while administrators are also working more closely with both CM and the office. That's why several of us are in position to give you information regarding various issues promptly and you don't have to wait for CM to get them. Besides, Cedric himself made it clear that he's always available for players on Discord in case you want to discuss something with him personally. I know you got used to different approach but community management evolves and can be organized in different ways; as long as we're forwarding players' feedback regularly and players get all the info directly from the office by means of EN community helpers - and you said yourself we're doing a good job ;) - everything is fine.

I didn't say you shouldn't complain about it, I'm saying that moderators see and note everything that has been posted on the chat, on the forum, on social media pages etc and are forwarding it to admins, who are forwarding it to CM and onwards to the office. Repeating it over and over again won't change anything nor speed up the process of doing something about it, devs are aware of the issues and are doing their best to solve them. We just have to let them do their work, be patient and focus on other aspects of the game in which we all enjoy.

show me the post when I said it was all good ?? if things were ok for me then why for the past three weeks my post have been removed or topics closed . even thou others topics are not closed for months .. my complaints  are now going over head. seeing there not getting removed or blocked.

To prevent people from complaining about the same thing over and over, perhaps it would be an idea to post complaints that have been reported by mods to devs on the opening post or the second one....Very easy to complain about something that you think is a fresh problem, but in fact is an old issue.

That could be done, I guess. I'll leave it to forum admin @CooperO to evaluate and see what can be done about it.
