Migration from Latin servers to EN servers is not working.  I can log into my Brazilian account and get the migration transfer screen.  When I click transfer it takes me to the normal HTML5 login.  When I try to log in, it won't accept me, but I can still log into my Brazilian account.  My user name is unused on the EN servers.

Tanki just can't ever seem to get anything right the first time....or several times after that...if ever.

Vulcan isnt op. It is good strong turret, but not op considering that it is the only weapon which desprectily tries to kill its owner all the time. Also it has so many disadvantages, that i would say that it is pretty well balanced.

Maybe it can use a small damage nerf.  Otherwise it seems fairly balanced.

this is the worse patch notes ever.. seeing its bad enough having the freeze is way to OP now , and yet you reduce in other areas and not Freeze. my protection which was reduced after i fully upgraded it wont even help protect me on what it was before this change over. you minus well just scrap all protection cause it does nothing..

please remove drones there now killing the games. most games are now one sided with all players on one team using them. you don't stand a chance of even killing sometimes.. its now going down hill games only lasting 5 minutes and even less in some battles...

I've been trying for more than a week to contact Customer Service at help@tankionline.com  and get absolutely nothing other than an auto-responder that says they will get back to me within 24 hours.  I would like to migrate my Latin account to EN servers but Customer Service or the help desk is not answering.

Stuff might be on holidays due to lock down.

The HTML5 update is bad each time i get this problem (look at the picture)

Fix this problem before may 1st or make lockdown event longer

Last time it was «Soft shadows» remove and now  ''Triple buffering is now controlled by the player’s browser. Unnecessary framebuffer switches are no longer loaded while rendering, so graphics productivity was increased.''

I began playing Tanki in 2013 i even played TX from the beginning till the end not once have i ever gotten a chat ban or any other type of ban up until now i cared about the game now i don't give a Rats i spent over 12 k usd on this game  but after updates in the last 2 years ive spent little to nothing the makers of this game have gotten nothing but greedy it used to be a non buyer had the same chance of getting what a buyer could get but now only a buyer can get anything decent it used to be any player could buy supplies or full kits out of the garage but now only a buyer can buy out of the shop this game an any other you put out will only fail when i began playing you had over 80k players on most days an we the player had difficulty getting on a server now days no trouble with only max 14k players get a clue your lost in your ways

Can a moderator check to see if there is anyone in Customer Service?  Might they be working from home?  I've sent them a dozen emails or more and get absolutely nothing from them other than the annoying erroneous auto-responder.  It's getting close to two weeks with no response.

I have no way to contact them, but people working with Tanki should have some method of more direct contact with them.  So please, moderator, can you light a fire under the help folk...or at the least find out if they are still working?

The alteration update (moving them to containers)will kill diversity ,balance and fun of the game resulting in most people rage -quitting it.pls dont move forward with that update .it is an absurd idea and in no way will it fix the imbalance in the game and rather will increase it

The alteration update will be a mess and even more unpopular than the paint-module separation update from 5 years ago. Right now, very few people have fire protection module so firebird (especially w/ compact tanks) has become OP. Given the devs have made it clear that these modules will only be available in containers, and the rarity of a module should be extremely low, this game has become more P2W. The regular player can no longer protect themselves against the overpowering firebird burns. Firebird protection modules have been devalued because most of firebird's damage comes from the burn (and I think most people bought it in order to counter the burn). So, now we have a real imbalance where a buyer is able to have something that a regular player cannot. It's honestly stupid how TO is trying to imitate the doomed TX in every way possible. TX was a fail (for many reasons, this is just one) due to the weird item progression that was completely determined on your luck from containers. Of course, buying was the solution to make sure you got what you needed. Normal players will be held at a huge disadvantage over buyers who will definitely have modules. Think of it this way, if I played compact tanks firebird, I would be easily destroy anyone who doesn't have the alt. However, buyers who have the alts are completely immune to me. I think this module update overcomplicates everything and will completely upset the balance of the game. Rescind it now.

Its quite possible that every time you email your position in the que gets reset, how long did you wait in the first instance before sending another email? 

One everyday isn't going to help. 

Additionally double check your spam folder.

I sent one email and waited a week when I originally tried to contact them...now I email everyday.  My spam folder is empty.   They are either not there or not bothering to respond.  I've asked them to just send a non-automated response of any kind to let me know that they have at least seen my problem, but nothing for a couple of weeks so far.  I doubt I am the only one having a problem with migration from Latin to EN servers.

 

What I'd really appreciate is someone connected more closely to Tanki than I am, checking to see if help@tankionline.com is actually up and running or it on hiatus with the covid19 lockdown?

I tried inputting my account name in the migration screen again for the umteenth time.  This time it worked!  So my Latin account is transferred and I don't need help@Tanki anymore, which is a very good thing since they are totally UN-helpful...in fact they are still 100% unresponsive. 

They may have known that there was some sort of problem with the migration screen, but they could have made some sort of manual response as a courtesy.  They have an auto-responder, why not take the time to add wording like "If your inquiry is concerning the problems with migration to EN servers, please be patient.  We are working on the problem."  Instead they just let customers hang for weeks with nothing.  Very poor inconsiderate customer service.

Thank you Ninja for trying to help me and taking an interest in my situation.

So dead match making... kinda junk in my team all time. So boring. No fun to play. left all battles in last hour in middle.

Hornets so annoying they hide in hole when u attack n than attack on back with over drives. And my team sleeping like they don't give a damn who is wining. #pay2win

I second this. I am also experiencing such a problem. Also, there's only a 50% chance I make it into a battle. Half of the time, while I'm loading in to the battle, it just says there was some disconnection error and I get kicked out, having to login again into my account. My wifi and computer are fine. Surely, this must be on the dev's behalf.
