If your account has been blocked and you think it was a mistake, use this form. In-case you are referring to a chat ban, get in touch with the chat administrators.

The complaint book, as the title suggests is only reserved for complaints towards the game, please refrain from discussing about anything else : )

Taken from the forum rules. Yes, this statement essentially means forum moderators can do whatever they like to every single post, topic and message on this forum. So either deal with it or leave the forum, because forum moderators are basically gods in here.

There are rules you have to follow, this is true. Yet, it is purely subjective on whether certain posts or topics violate certain rules. There are so many grey areas and yet, you moderators are allowed to take any actions you seem fit, based on your own two cents.

For example. one of you guys believe posting "nerf hornet" in one of the announcement topic is considered as "unnecessarily on the forum in places where it is not relevant" and "were previously warned about". He further explain that such phase "is clearly spam to re-post the same thing over and over again". If that's the case, what about those people who keep repeating "yeah I leveled up XX times", "Thank you Devs for for the containers...", etc, in every single announcement. Their idea is simple, "I like this event, I love you Devs, period". Does it considered as spam?

Another example is I posted a "I don't care" meme in one of the event announcement and with no surprise, it has been silently removed. So if some players have the right to express how much they care and love the event, why can't I express myself I'm not a big fan and don't really care much about the event?

Who defines what is "unnecessary" and what is not? Who make the judgement on what phrases are "unnecessarily" and "not relevant"? Does that moderator ensure that his decision is a general consensus among you fellow moderators? Or does he make such judgement simply based on his two cents?

Too many grey areas, a lot of privileges as a moderator in this forum, what's the last you asked for a second opinion from your fellow moderators before actually removing a post or locking a topic?

Of course there are grey areas. Is there any online platform meant for discussion that does not have grey areas?

Moderators are volunteers. They work and moderate the Forum for a small in-game compensation. They aren't rigorously trained for this job. Nor are they actually paid. This means they are usually nice people in their teens who have certain necessary qualities, and of course, a certain level of maturity. You will rarely (rather never) see a fully mature adult, with a real job, do moderation work on the Forum.

This also means that they make mistakes. But I haven't yet seen any moderator make any mistake-the current team is great. If they are unsure about something, they do consult seniors. Those seniors are usually elder players who have played the game long enough and have plenty of experience on the Forum too. Such people are Administrators. They are knowledgeable enough to navigate through the grey areas.

If you have complaints about the moderators, you are free to contact the administrators.

Stuff like "Thank you Devs" is not removed because it isn't triggering anyone or making the Forum unpleasant. Also, such messages are quite related to the topic they are posted in, as no one just posts "thanks devs" - they also post what they are thankful for. But if you start posting hate-messages and content that is insulting a specific community or person, it'll obviously be removed.

I believe "nerf hornet" is considered spam if it keeps cropping up in all places where it isn't meant to be. Nerfing hornet should be restricted to Hornet-related topics, using your discretion.

You need to trust moderators and stop criticizing them all the time. They are doing their best, and you must assist them by following rules and being pleasant. Post constructive criticism, and more importantly, post in the right topic at the right time.

Moderators have their freedom and authority, and they have earned it.

So, my friend, it's true that a lot is decided at the moderators' discretion, but you must trust them. They aren't your mortal enemies! They are here to make the Forum a wonderful platform for healthy discussions!

I'm sorry if I have offended you in any way.

Thanks!

Developers conclude feedback and suggestions from announcement topics as much as time allows them to, ie; players opinion regarding a certain update/event, we try our best to keep those topics free of spam/Irrelevant content as much as possible. Nerfing hornet has been suggested countless times by players and the development team is well aware of it and thus there's no point in repeating the same thing again and again.

We would much appreciate if you could express your opinions in proper wordings along with constructive criticism which developers could use as valuable feedback and Improve on certain areas rather than images which provide no beneficial meaning. : )

If You wish to lodge a complaint against a moderator's attitude or performance, contact one of the Forum administrators and elaborate.

Lets end this discussion here as publicly criticizing helpers isn't going to solve the issue, everybody has their own opinion and isn't right to force it onto one another, as mentioned above if you have complaints or criticism against a helper, you can do so through PM.

2 red stars (Luit Col) vs marshal - what a waste of time- completely inappropriate match making. Low rank tanks get slaughtered. Its not even close to a 'match'. Lets not mention how useless and weak the 'shield' is either. Waste of time.

I am very unhappy with how stars are awarded in MM battles. Look at this picture. I was in the winning team at the 2nd position. Yet, I got only 2 stars. In fact, the player at the third position got 6 stars! This is so unfair! Premium accounts can get 3*2 stars, huh? But I get only 2 while being in the top 2?

the only remaining thing Tanki can to add to paid things is to add a clarification that clarify "guys this game is incredibly Pay To Win, playing it without paying at your own risk"

why the buyer can get rewards better than me at the end of the game from crystals and stars??,, shouldn't at least the game play score and rewards be balanced?

That's very curious...

It should be rectified without delay! It's definitely a big mistake!

After reading the patch notes for the coming update, I am seriously disappointed. The only elements of skill in this game are being able to control your tank better than your opponents, and being able to position yourself so that you have a relative advantage. The update is going to implement the auto-firing feature. Because of this, that completely destroys any element of genuine skill needed to play the game, and it's already pay-to-win as it is. I've done my best to get behind the devs and their updates to the game because generally speaking they were nice QoL improvements that were needed and also features that were really cool additions to the game. But this game has always been pay-to-win and now this... Being an XP man, it's disappointing and upsetting. Once this update is released, matchmaking battles are going to become absolute hell since now even the people that only pay to play without having put genuine effort into the game can now be "good at the game" per se. This is a terrible addition to the game. If the devs wanted to make the controls less clunky that would be one thing, but adding an auto-fire option to the game is not the answer to that AT ALL. I am really frustrated with the dev team for thinking this feature would be have a positive impact on the quality of the game, or maybe this is just proof that they don't actually care about the players of this game and they just want more ways to leech money off of us by taking away all of the rights from non-buyers and giving them as hard of a time to play this game as possible.

For the auto firing, I honestly don't think this is a big issue, since this feature is quite common in mobile shooting games. Besides, it is a mobile game, what kind of skills do you expect to see?

The only elements of skill in this game are being able to control your tank better than your opponents, and being able to position yourself so that you have a relative advantage < well of course this is true, the better players aren't going to be the ones who sit in one corner of a map occasionally hitting their space bar. Auto shooting mode is only in the Android version of the game, and there is an option to enable/disable it. Such a feature is necessary on mobile because it is much harder to control your tank, turret and shoot all at the same time on a mobile device. Besides, this feature won't necessarily be a good thing for splash weapons as players will end up dealing damage to themselves unintentionally. I don't really understand where your frustration of "pay to win" comes in because the auto shooting mode is simply a feature in the settings, it is nothing that you can buy, and as I mentioned above is only available on mobile. So in fact, with this feature, not much will change except that mobile players might find it easy to perform more manoeuvres.

Complaint:

Game 'balance' is rubbish'

Seriously, when 1 team can sit in the open all game unkillable and half the other team leaves- what does that tell you.
Every game,.

Why not fix the things that are broken rather than enhancing (Magnum) tanks that already have a significant advantage.

How do I disable the god-damn auto shooting mode? It’s so annoying and I can’t find anything in options to get rid of it.

You can't at the moment. While the Devs said they will add this. Yet, we don't know when will this happen.

Well, we told that you can disable auto-shooting mode in the Settings but there is no button to disable it.

We will add it a bit later, my apologies.
