You don't. It is just a clever exploit that they must have missed when testing out the hopper. I agree it needs to be fixed as it gives huge unfair advantages.

 

Can't say I'm wholly optimistic as there are several aspects of the buildings design that doesn't work and hasn't been addressed so...

Things that need nerf - (top 3 are required immediately)

1) Hopper's OD - either remove stun effect or add some delay just like hunter's OD before it jumps.

2) Gauss augment(Electromagnetic salvo) - Just like armor piercing effects it should only work on tank that has been directly hit by gauss not all the group of tanks.

3) As someone already posted that Vulcan augment Incendiary band needs to be fixed. Cause as the tank is heat resistance how is it heating the bullets.

4) Titan OD - I think in siege mode especially titan's dome needs nerfed cause in 16 v 16 player there are at least 3 titans if they use their OD continuously then it's impossible for opponent to get the point. (This one is not required immediately cause after the update of armor piercing it has already nerfed a bit.

I am pretty sure if tanki brings this update the game will surely become better and playable.

I know developers are mad and ofc they are not bringing those changes. Cause that will surely destroy the ego of most of the buyers.

This is NOT how the augment should work. Its description clearly states, that your enemy starts burning, ONLY if you are burning also. Which means it should not work with heat immunity.

The whole turret is broken no matter what augment you are using. It is dealing damage like a melee turret while still being a laser beam.

My suggestions: Make the turret turn extremely slowly, reduce the damage by at least 35%, and make the augments work correctly.

Turret is extremely slow, and you have to pay nearly 5000 tankoins for the alt not to overheat. That's a lot of tankoins, and vulcan already had a nerf to it's damage, 12.5% from 50 to 44 and when you upgrade the turret it misses out quite a few before you can actually upgrade by 1 single increase. It may be strong in battle but you are handicapped by the upgrades and the gaps in between each upgrade. There are more OP combos than vulcan in battle, one in particular stands out. The one that allows you to kill enemies from on top of walls and buildings and has 3 overdrives rolled into 1. Any guesses which OP piece of equipment i'm going on about.

Every Vulcan micro-upgrade increases its statistics little by little. It does not have any large gaps like the in-game garage leads you to believe.

As I have recently started using Hopper, EM-salvo and heat-immunity (luck with containers), I agree on your points. I am not a Vulcan-player, but seeing that people with 6K/7K GS with IB+heat-immunity win in Legend battles, that thing is absolutely broken and there is no excuse that it is not. 
I do have to add that now I have received heat-immunity, these Vulcans cant do anything to me anymore, which I am relieved about.

There are 6 ODs that can ignore or counter Titan Dome.  Plus the new AP augments available for most turrets.

Should be plenty of opportunities to bypass those domes since your team also has 16 players.

I went up against one of those the other day. Had great fun in eliminating him. All it took was some good positioning from diagonally across the map...and then the shot.

you have to find a good place and act quickly as there are other enemies at the same time. he uses a crisis and shaft protections and stuff.  it can put on the double shield easily. I don't use a drone.  did you use a drone to kill him?

I think you will find it does. upgrade speed up and on the 4th upgrade you actually earn a single damage increase if you speed it up, these are the facts.

So there is a defence against it, unlike hopper, no defence whatsoever. i rest my case.

You could not reach him with your Shaft in sniper mode with its gun sticking out?
I am sure you can get to it with wit Shaft (and Railgun) from a different position, give more distance and it will be in your line of sight.
It is not different from a Magnum shelling your base from the comfort and protection of his base (and behind a wall).

The current Hornet OD (and the Augments)... let's just say that Armor Pierce status effect is a bad idea. Why so? The AP augments for turrets and its respective immunity.... it's just going to widen the buyer vs non-buyer gap, not bridging it. Making it only purchasable via Tankoin/real dollars is not going to work. Just like even if Defender drone requires 10 Double Armor to beef up the Double Armor effect, it won't stop them from using it.

I mean it's no longer a selfish Scout Radar yes.

Before the nerf, it's Hornet completely out-advantage the defending tank. Post-nerf is more of Hornet (and teammates) gains advantage for 9 second (of Armor Breaking targets) then the defending tank gains advantage.

I don't see both sides have equal advantage for the 20 second duration itself.

Yes these buyers egos are something else i see it all time in battles, we know devs wont change anything because it will hurt buyers.
