Who do U think are the most annoying players?

It needs something.

Some healing (less than original) OR fewer counters.  Titan/Hornet/Wasp/Hunter/Mammoth are just too many counters.

Played against Maf, the moderator recently with him using shaft and hornet. I think he finished something like 28 kills and 5 deaths...he wasn't camping...1 vs 1 against him, i was probably 0 and 5 in the battle...he did everything. I will wise up next time and use a different strategy.

Immunity to Wasp bombs and Hornet OD would be plenty. Healing was in my opinion what made the old panic bubble overpowered. Now it's just almost useless and if I weren't a really good Titan player I'd have switched to something else ages ago. If you ask me all the ODs should have as much barebones utility as the one for the Juggernaut, because the more time you spend waiting for the perfect moment the more time you could've been spending earning more percentage towards another.

I agree, Mk7-10 is like Mk8, and Mk7-20 is like Mk9.

They should've split M3 into two like they did with the other modifications.

MUs on turrets and hulls would be completely useless then.  Why MU mk7.1-mk7.10 when u can just buy mk8 on sale.  Same for mk9.

Didn't think about it that way, will do so from now on....

Mk9 does sound really menacing. I like it.

basically, it's supposed every two upgrades gives you new skin, rather a full upgrade in past
in past m0+ micro its like m1
m1+ micro like m2, etc...
m3+ micro like m4
now after new Mk system, be m0= Mk1, m1= Mk3, m2= Mk5, m3= Mk7, then m4= Mk9
when you say the Mk7+ its like Mk8, its like you say its a small upgrade, when he actually a full upgrade like the old update, except if they make a new balance for micro after Mk7

MUing is like wasting time and crystals, unless you are MUing an Mk7.

I think the only road for free players to be comptitive in Tanki is to go back in time and fully MU an M2 combo and some protections.

In Shaft and Vulcan's case, that doesn't hold up. Their parameter increases between Mk1-Mk2 and Mk7-Mk7+ is the same. Also the turrets had different conversions and where they started at the new skin for the modification is not the same as before the conversion. Even before the conversion, all M0 turrets had 20 upgrades despite one of them being as cheap as 7,100 crystals and one of them being as expensive as 38,600 crystals 

 

It's simply a way of saying that the equipment is fully upgraded. Fully upgrading equipment gives you the next modification. Mk7+ is simply Mk8. You may be looking too far into this.

I made a one clarification for Railgun, but after that I say as your saying I will make a new one for Shaft?

excuse me your calculations are wrong, because if you calculate the change between every two upgrades, you will notice the leap between Mk7 and Mk7+

Best strategy is to attack him from the end of the Shaft that's not open.

Difference between mk7.0 and mk7.20 is same as it has always been ~ 13% depending on the parameter.

It's just the same 20 MU steps like it was  when it was m3 & m3+.

Why?  How would that improve anything?

It's not even mk8 - it's mk7+.   It's fine as is.

I agree on shafts that are not strategic in helping the team. Unfortunately when they nerfed the shaft's arcade shots it forced most to adapt one of two approaches...1) camp and snipe (which is horrible for visibility and tactical awareness) or 2) use the rapid fire augment on a hornet and spam the entire game. Both approaches are not ideal. 

As far as annoying players (and I agree that we are all annoying to someone else during most battles) I hate it when a player sits in plain view near me and a hornet/gauss on OD easily wipes me out even though I was behind a barrier. If a player is dumb, I'd prefer that they expose their tank to the enemy hornets with splash damage turrets near some other teammate?

Rapid Fire augment?

With the recent nerf on shafts arcade shots it has polarized the play with shaft into two extreme approaches.

I wonder how many of my rockets my teammates have to absorb into their body before they figure out they're in the way. Surely they'd think "why me keep explodey?" and look around, but no. They just mindlessly stand there and get hit over, and over, and over. Ignorance truly is bliss.

Light Capacitor (which I use) mostly remove the need to be, or stay, in scoping mode. It allows one to drive around and stop for a quick scope and kill as needed, or if camping to play peek-a-boo. Helps a lot for situational awareness.

 

I'm an adult player, what annoys me most is the immaturity, as in gloating (or whining) players. How often did you see some players going around and typing xaxaxa non-stop in chat box every time they kill someone? Or dropping smug comments like 'eazy' at the end of the match - Often by players not even in the top half of scorers. Poor sportmanship. And that's not even mean young players, there's immaturity at all ages.

Although i do on occasion write EZ after a battle it is always aimed at some noob who mouths off at me. Of course if i beat MURDER HORNETS then there is no holding me back. And yeah these complete clowns who type out axxa ...whatever that dumb word means, i take great pleasure in killing them especially.

when you hide your self behind a barrier at low health from a Thunder, and someone in your team comes close to you, then Thunder shots him and kills you with the splash damage

I am a user of the LC for sure. That is my favorite augment for shaft.Primarily for the same reason you listed.  With the nerf of the arcade shot however, it makes the shaft woefully mismatched in midrange situations against any turret with decent rate of fire and impact (e.g., smoky, rico, twins). Never stand a chance. I just hate hitting a guy for 80 hp damage 2-3 times (for a whopping 240 damage) when in the past it would have been over 2k damage:(

So now I tend to play far more reserved and more covered than before the nerf.
