Ideas for Hulls and Overdrives!

Exactly, it would require players to use their brains more.

Yeah, this is what people don't realize behind this idea...

And this is how it should work, gameplay wise. Because a teammate Thunder can't destroy you, but they can still knock you back. Same would apply to the Wasp bomb. You can't kill your teammates but they would be given the knockback of the bomb. Plus, the bomb will destroy the wasp who placed it. It makes perfect sense.

Also, I feel like there's something you don't realize behind this idea...

All gamemodes are pretty much TDM unless you wanna farm battle score in Siege or Assault by using Mechanic or if you wanna capture flags/balls by using Hopper (and Crisis).

LOL my head is spinning with the sheer nonsense of all this.

The game is broken into little pieces, reworking overdrives will not solve anything.

Overdrives are annoying at best. The only one that is OTT is the flying tank one.

The ENTIRE game needs overhauling, but as this will never happen, then i'm afraid we are all stuck with the ridiculous and overbearing changes admin have made. I'm not though, as i don't play anymore, they want money, fine, there just not getting mine.

Lol, I should probably say then that I created this as a literal joke. 

Though, at the same time, I think it would be funny if this idea was an actual thing.

As proposed by the title itself, as a suggestion, the overdrives of some are underperforming others due to the changes of the critic 

Therefore, a change without overdrive for the Crusader, Ares and Mammoth bodies would be:

Crusader:

From Splash damage radius: 10 meters To >> Splash damage radius: 15 meters

Overdrive charge per second = 1.0 To >> Overdrive charge per second = 1.1

From maximum splash damage radius: 1 meter To>> maximum splash damage radius: 2 meters

Ares:


Damage / Healing Radius: 6 meters Up To>> Damage / Healing Radius: 7.5 meters

From the speed of the ball: 10 m / s To>> the speed of the ball: 16.5 m / s

Mammoth:

Can no longer take critical damage while in overdrive

Or, how about we nerf the overdrives of Wasp, Hornet, Hunter, Viking, Titan, and Hopper?

That way, we won't die as fast in battles and we'd get a chance to actually do something before someone one-shots us with an overdrive?

Two hulls - Hornet and Titan - have Overdrives that don't generate XP, largely because their Overdrives are team-centered. It would be nice if these ODs could earn XP/Battle Score because they are so helpful for the team, so here is my proposal:

Hornet gets one or two battle score for every second that Scout Radar is activated, and receives an assistance score (5) for every enemy that receives damage while Armor-Piercing from Scout Radar is active and is later killed.

Titan is a bit tougher, since battle score generation would be a completely new mechanic. I think it should receive 0.1% of the damage blocked by the protective field as battle score.

 

These are simply ways that this change could go, I'd just like to see these ODs made equal.

This hull is called " Soundwave"  due to it' s overdrive. This hull has 70 gear score and it's a heavy hull. It has a top speed of 30 mph.The overdrive is called "bell" . It can stun enemies and even destroy them sometimes, and it costs 4000 crystals. This hull can be bought at any rank. It comes with a bundle in the shop, and it comes with the Soundwave and the Striker UT.

It's still not unique at all, I don't think anyone would be interested in such overdrive.

Might destroy? Like trhow concentric soundwaves, that stun tanks and deal both normal and critical damage, but normal is weak and critical is fatal (so you may or may not destroy tanks)?

Clearly there is no connection between this purported unlock rank and your rank at the time of posting this topic.
