October Challenge II

I like the new format, since it's easier to complete a challenge, however I doubt it will last long, it seems too good to be true. (like when you could get XT skins on free track)

By the way, since I haven't played much, do you guys know if the Scout Alt for Rail has ever been in a challenge?

No

You are probably grinding yourself too much into exhaustion. You need not do that now as you can complete a challenge in 10-12 days just by completing daily and weekly missions.

I personally feel that the game has become much more enjoyable after the October challenge part one was released.

normally I would agree , but this week I cut back on the game seeing my star missions were finished on Saturday. this time I've  had enough of ,,

Oooh. This is a nice challenge. I already have Plasma Torch and Corrosion, but Irbis is a paint I really want, and PCB looks amazing! Good thing I'll be able to finish this one.

what energy bruh? it’s literally just doing daily and weekly missions... nothing hard about that. play 2-3 rounds per day, at most 4, and you will finish the challenge easily

Not if you get the stupid top-3x15 mission (which I have now).  Takes an average of 60 battles to complete that.

15 battles with 50% chance of winning team = 30 battles.

Top 3... (less than 50% [3/8] but lets call it 50%) 30 battles / 0.5 = 60 battles.

Even if you played 8 battles every day you likely come up short.

You ever have to do a 1,000,000 damage...........on a WO4.......nightmare.

this missions reward update was the best update tanki had in a long time and yet people still find things to complain about. it serves non buyers extremely well as they no longer have to grind or buy premium to finish a challenge.

Also, all mission are 3150 starts, so you can do that mission in 2 weeks too @wolverine848

Its not about finishing challenges its about content they get.

On my main account where I play with friends in group and win most games, the 15x top 3 on winning team mission is simple, but on my lower accounts where I play by myself, it can be a real chore.  I generally am first place on my team but sometimes it doesn't matter what you do.  Your team is going to lose.  I'd rather it included ties or was a higher number of top 3 finishes irrespective of game results.  Had a streak of 8 games in a row as 1st place on losing team and it was quite frustrating.

Also had a 1.25m damage low weekly mission on Brigadier that took a lot of time.  It seems like the low weekly missions are actually the hardest.

I do think the challenge changes have been great.  If you have a couple accounts, play a bit every day, and are willing to spend some crystals to change daily missions to make them easier to finish, you can easily finish the challenge on multiple accounts without premium.

PCB looks good too.

Have you tried Dictator in Siege? If there's someone using a Titan, those battles go really well for me.

it won't fall slower

it will rise higher and take more time to fall due to  more raised height

you can't confirm that, the light weight for hopper will jump higher,

in wiki: https://en.tankiwiki.com/Augments#Universal_Hull_Augments

light weight says: " Any hull's weight is 1000 units "

I have hopper mk 1, it is already 1 300 unit in weight, mk8 is 2 600 unit weight,

hopper overdrive, Speed Jump: 1300

"Does weight affect speed or acceleration?", hornet and wasp speed is same even with light weight, weight only works when enemy shoot you with impact and when people push you.

---------

dev already said only with Crisis drone, it can jump higher.

Hopper does not jump higher with Crisis, but farther. Crisis only affects speed.

That's one example.  There are other missions that take a disproportionate amount of time.

Sure players can complete a lot more stages now.

Still not worth grinding out the Challenge unless you buy the Battle Pass - which still costs 500 TKs.

if you wanna focus on the negatives, sure. but i see the update as an improvement since premium and grinding are no longer necessary to complete the challenge. and there really is no more “grinding out the challenge” since now it’s literally just completing daily and weekly missions, which many players already do normally. besides, challenges are just an added bonus so idk why ur complaining.

My response to you was originally based on your comment "play 2-3 rounds per day, at most 4".

That's not true for many players.

daily and weekly missions are like the bare minimum. it’s not supposed to take a super long time to do them and most of them are easy enough to complete. sure, there are a few that take a few more rounds but most are doable. as for challenges, you can’t expect them to just give free stuff away. there has to be some effort put into it, and after the update, it’s requires a lot less effort than before.

if you drive on a ramp before jump, the projection jump curve is higher with faster speed.

Ideally, if Hopper becomes lighter, and if it applies the same force to jump, then it will go higher than usual.

Also, all objects fall towards the earth at the same speed if dropped from the same height, provided there is no air resistance (or any other such opposing force). Air resistance acts differently on objects of different densities and volumes. Hence the rate of falling may differ.

However, this might not be how Tanki works. So, as Krish said, we'll have to experiment.

But the Laws of Tanki-Physics are only known to developers, so you may not get a Nobel Prize for any such discovery...

I've even heard that the physics on Flash is different from HTML5. So scientific speculation is quite futile if we're discussing Tanki.
