Gorgo, old Shaft's arcade was so bad that I rather to have current Shaft when it can reload faster. It's something called have dynamic battle to deal with campers.

Shaft has to be 100% camper so I hate all Shafts who abuse their arcade shot DPS and use it as short range turret. Old Shaft did not allow such noobish tactics.

Sniper Rifle "Module Executioner"

 

"Reconfigured capacitor attached with targeting-protection-module system. Not only render module obsolete but also deal additional damage to the module's owner. Turret rotation speed is greatly reduced by the attachment and for safety precaution, it is not possible to target Shaft's Eagle."

 

Pro: 

 

Able to ignore Eagle module.

 

Deal additional damage on module owner. Example, if a Twin equips M4 Eagle, that mean deal additional 50% of damage.

 

Con:

 

Cannot ignore Eagle when the owner is Shaft.

 

Turret rotation reduced by 50%. Not including rotation speed upon entering sniper mode.

 

When entering sniper mode, triggers laser immediately.

 

Targeting module owner requires one second of locking time. 

 

When you and opponent has protection module against each other, alternation will not kick in.

I had an idea for Railgun. So there is an alteration for striker called Remote rocket explosives which its explanation is "Rockets will explode upon double-pressing fire button" which make the striker become "smart", per se, what if the railgun had an alt that would make it "smart". Here are the specs, please excuse my noobness:

Railgun Alt M3

Unlocked at 25px-IconsNormal_23.pngBrigadier for 125k

Allow player to hold to fire when he/she wants.

Hold fire button, rail fire delay is the same, but when firing delay is finished the player can continue to hold button, till he/she is ready.

Railgun “High Caliber” Impact Force balance

 

The impact with the railgun “shell destabilization” alteration is currently increased by 20%.
The impact force (and recoil?) of railgun with the “high caliber” alteration should be similarly increased. It would make mechanical sense; a larger projectile at the same speed should give more impact. Also the HC alt costs 100k crystals, as opposed to the 55k SD alt, and yet the SD alt is much better than the HC alt. Increasing the impact of the HC alteration would make it competitive alongside the destabilization alteration, which is currently quite a bit stronger than any other version of railgun.

Shell Stabilization is better than Shell Destabilization, you do not get such random damage output.

Never. If it were that then why do most of the Railgunners use Shell Destabilisation? The damage range is too wide. With that wide damage range, for M4, it has a new average damage which is equivalent to the damage you get for having a very lucky shot with Unaltered M4 Railgun. 

 

Also, most of the shots I receive from these players are the shots on the high end of the spectrum and it's annoying. I almost never get any shots that deal less than 600 damage to me. I'm tired of my M2 Hunter with double armour enabled being one-shotted by an M2 Railgun with that alteration. I can excuse a Railgunner with Large Calibre Rounds enabled one-shotting me but not a Shell Destabilisation user. 

 

Shell Destabilisation is broken. It has a bad downside but that downside is almost negated by it's upside.

This is an upgrade and not an alteration. With Striker's alteration, at M4, you only have 1.8 seconds to detonate the missile before you shoot another one. 

 

The problem I'm seeing with this one is that you could have it charged up and moving around the map. You go around the corner and you see a player. That player sees you. What happens? You shoot the guy instantly. The guy didn't have a time window to protect himself. Say he was using Smoky, or Thunder or any turret that immediately impacts you as you press spacebar. The Rail would still win.

There is a window of vulnerability for Railgun. You're practically taking away Railgun's window of vulnerability which would piss a lot of players off. For this to work, it has to have some sort of downside. It simply cannot work for Railgun.
