Shaft alteration-slow super punch

Arcade mode and sniper mode turret traverse speed decreased for more damage in sniper mode and More impact force in arcade

 

Arcade mode impact force is useless and this alteration is pretty much like "Heavy Capacitors" I want arcade mode knock back beacause it can flip light hulls better and parkour will be easier

Firebird alteration-heat afterburn removal

Removes afterburn affect for more damage when attacking

 

This is basically the stock firebird, except with more damage. Not a good idea as an alteration but it would be great if the stock firebird got a damage buff or the penetration back; a buff in some way. Currently it is the weakest turret.what is a stock firebird?

Rail gun alteration-flip strength addition

Extra impact force for less damage

 

Extra impact force alteration for railgun, I have been suggesting for a long time. However, I feel the damage is low enough. I would increase the reload but not decrease the damage.well,old railgun could flip wasp and hornet with one shot,I want that back,and the damage wouldn't change much as long as it still 4 shots mammoth and does the same stuff

Thunder alteration-single destroyer

Removes splash damage for loads of more damage

 

The new alteration coming out soon for Thunder will remove splash damage completely. However, this doesnt need another Positive, as self-damage was Thunder's big weakness. It doesn't need "loads of more damage". thunder is a medium range weapon,only noobs who treat it like firebird isida and freeze will get self damage.if there's a firebird coming at you run while shooting,is that hard??

1. Shaft arcade mode wasn't supposed to be this epically powerful shot that could flip light hulls. It was just a little extra mode to help Shafts when scoping-in isn't useful. Plus, nobody uses Shaft for parkour.

 

2. A stock firebird is one with no alterations. The stock firebird already has very low burning damage, and the alteration increases it. There's no reason for another alteration that affects the afterburn, rather something different like "firestorm" as suggested by @Thekillerpenguin.

 

3.  The Railgun impact-force alteration is a good idea.  HOwever, it would only be able to flip light hulls while they're in mid-air, or its too powerful. LIGHT HULLS are not toys.

 

4.  What if the other tanks hug you? If Thunder got "loads of more damage" everyone would get it. It would be like hammer except with infinite range. It would be so OP. IT would have the damage of railgun or more, and reload much faster. Self-destructing is also very annoying, when you have DP on and you don't want to shoot because you know you'll die.

Also, keep in mind that they're already planning a Thunder alteration that removes the splash damage, so it doesn't matter anyway.

Isida Alteration:

 

Energy Transfer.

 

Pros: When you are healing friendly tanks and have "Double Armor" or "Double Damage" equipped, the friendly tank gains this/these activated supplies, until you stop healing it/supply runs out.  Reload Time is reduced by 1.5 seconds. Amount of Energy is increased from 1000 to 1200.

 

Cons: 20% Damage Reduction.

 The point is that there is a lot of potential for hull alterations (hulls have more aspects then speed and hp as many think in only those terms :P)

Well, if you think about it, the current and upcoming turret alterations really make an obvious difference to the way the turret handles, while with hulls you can't really do that without making the effect too subtle or making the hull look too much like another one. Hulls are just not unique enough to have potential for good alterations.

I have to disagree with that. There are lots of specs with hulls that can be tampered with to create an entirely different feel. In addition, it would be very interesting. :)

I thought of an alteration for two hulls.

 

 

dictator- weight and pushing power is dropped extremely but the titling ability and speed is increased dramatically.

 

Viking- speed and tilting action is reduced but the weight and pushing power goes up.

You know who there's and alteration for freeze coming that removes freeze affect but increases normal damage? I want one for firebird like that

In my opinion alterations are pointless why spend 50k crystals just to change the way your turret functions?

Because some people like the changes made. 50k isn't all that much at higher ranks, and alterations are often fun to play around with. The Twins alteration makes the turret much more effective at a distance, so if I had a 50k lying around (not enough to buy equipment at my rank), I could purchase it for a nice change of pace.

 

They're not essential, but for those who would like to try something new for their equipment, alterations are handy.

Add alteration with turrent also like as follows

wasp speed increase by 15%  and health decrease by 25%

hornet turning speed increease by 20% and speed decrerase 10%

viking turing speed increase and increase speed but health deacrease by 30%

Just so you guys know, hull alterations are not planned. Developers may change their mind in the future, but there definitely won't be hull alterations anytime soon.

They didn't reject that idea. In fact, there is even a topic on the RU ideas site that's been marked as [started] ever since it was created by the ex-mod of the site two years ago. He announced that devs are collecting ideas to make each hull more unique, but it doesn't look like the idea has moved any further ever since. But it's definitely possible that it will be implemented in the future.
