This is very clearly the misrepresentation of the product, it is against the law.

Actually users have all the power in the world if they decided to use it.  You'd be surprised how great the power of the community acting together is. It could be an official  trial with lawyers or a strike. Or both. I am pretty sure we have some lawyers around here.

Unfortunately the developers can change the parameters of the game whenever they feel like it, they call it "evolving" the game to keep it fresh so it doesn't become boring for players with the attention span of a cowpat. Of course "evolving" translates into "we need more cash," parameters translates into, more OP gimmicks for the buyers.

As for your suggestion on how to deal with the developers, it would never happen. The most effective way is to do daily missions (minimum supply usage) then quit for the rest of the day or simply stop playing altogether, the latter being the most obvious solution. We all know the developers have ruined the game, only cater to buyers and have no concept of balance are fair play.

The game is dying from the constant OP updates the developers keep bringing in that only benefit "buyers". 

Users (players) do have all the power, IF they decide to use it. Therein lies the problem. The players themselves are the weak link and the developers know it. 

The developers know that most players are hooked on the game and exploit this as much as they can.

I have my own way of dealing with the developers and their OP updates. I have not acquired a battle pass in months, i use the minimum of supplies in every battle while doing the easiest of daily missions and i never do their useless events. I still play the game (nowhere near as much as i did) but on my terms, and it works just fine for me.  

I also DO NOT buy premium.

Bit of advice mod, don't try and get clever with me, no is far easier to text than know, savvy.

I just opened an ultra  container  that  I worked hard to get.  It contained a lousy set of mines.  If ultra means the best why would I get  this kind of junk in an ultra container?  Is this what we are to expect from now on?  Is this the New Tanki?

MM should never put you in a team that's losing completely. For 7 times in a row MM has put me in a team that is losing by 5 points in Siege already. No fun in playing when there's no signs of winning. This is also the reason why Get Top 3 places is so difficult. 1) MM puts me in a winning team 5% of the time 2) Most of those games are 80% complete and I can't hit top 3.

The anti-cheat system needs some improvements. I believe the function of the anti-cheat is to prevent players from hacking in the first place. I like to check the intruder log on the russian forum every Monday morning to see how many players were banned for either hacking, sabotage, and giving information to third party tools. I noticed that there was a total of 92 players banned for hacking (cheating) and 42 banned for sabotage. There weren't any banned for giving information to third party tools. Check https://ru.tankiforum.com/topic/126829/ if you believe I am incorrect. If the anti-cheat system was doing a good job, there should be less than 10 players banned for hacking. I am aware that no anti-cheat system is perfect because hackers always bypass it. This gives the battle moderators less work to do.

The imbalance comes into play when battles in MM put players of MK4 equipment versus players of MK5 equipment.  Then MM battles may have MK3  vs MK5.  You can't say buy higher grade equipment the ranks don't allow low ranks to have high grade equipment.  The MM system is flawed in using ranks and not MK equipment grades.  When a player gs 2500 is put in MM battle with gs 5300 they should simply leave that battle.  The MM system is flawed.

A Class Action Lawsuit to give all players their money back plus a strike of not playing the game.  I think the game goes bankrupt.

Bro they need to bring back the old containers. i am on marshal rank so i have a lot of mk7's to buy and when i save up 150 000 and buy one i barley any crystals left. you can't even save up crystals because 100 repair kit set is now a rare(blue) rarity and you need repair kits. you have to constantly spend your crystals on repairs that you can never save up. i probably buy repair kits 3-4 times a day because i can't afford them in bulk. you can't even save up crystals cause all the containers you get either give you 1000 crystals or some supplies

You need to be smart with crystals.

During the week play mostly to complete daily missions (although you can certainly play more than that). On ultra weekends play longer to utilize the boosted funds. Also take advantage of special modes with supplies disabled, so you can save them for later. As you are a marshal, you do not need to worry about leveling too fast.

Save up and wait for sales. Then you can buy upgrades and supplies at 25-50% discount. Click here to see a history of annual sales.

Buy the supplies from the shops  showcase. It is not much, but they can be bought each day and are at great discount.

I know it is hard at first, but once you start slowly implementing these tips, it will get easier and you will build up stocks of supplies and crystals for more consistent play.

These changes are designed to make you spend money, no other reason. If you are F2P with limited supplies to use then you are screwed big time and the developers could care less.

The main reason you can't survive is the fact you have ranked very quickly and not been able to strengthen your garage, fatal mistake.

As protection modules go you are lacking big time, all the repairs in the universe would not help you. My advice, play for fun and don't worry about supplies. You seem to be a genuine F2P player, so just get stuck in and try and upset as many buyers as you can, basically be a nuisance as much as you can.

I basically agree. Side note - starting the game at a loss or even at zero-zero only to lose in 3 min. 0:7 is never any fun. That is why some Devs drive a Juggarnaut into a regular CTF game...

     In a very calming voice  stop take breath in  and imagine you are outside in the wilderness and exhale. breathe in and imagine  you are outside  on a lake catching a fish and breathe out. breathe in and imagine you got up from where you are right now and go catch a fish in real life. then make other  tangible life goals for for yourself   go do them do scary things like  tell a girl you like her especially if you think she will reject you  you already know the answer so what are you afraid of. Ski down a hill really fast, Jump out of a plane,  ride your bike up a mountain and learn to see girl that likes you for who you are. find ways to create joy for yourself and others around you in your job and home life. stop overplaying  your tanki account as it will take away from the things that really matter. the things you do and the people you surround yourself with.

only viking overdrive should have the 1.1 second delay before it starts. 

Adding the delay to all overdrives just makes you dumpster fire of a game burn hotter and smell more

Currently the developers totally disrespect the players. Even the buyers too. They do whatever unmoral or/and  unlawful stuff they want to. We need to show them muscles and force them to take us seriously. 

It is possible that this wont happen until they start to feel  the financial pain though. A "Do not buy anything for money strike" would be a suitable first step.

If you have noticed the numbers of players who have premium accounts has dropped sharply in the last few months.  As the prices of a premium account have risen over 300%, the quality of the game has gone steadly down.  People will not spend their money if they feel they are getting ripped off.  Hopefully Tanki will figure this out before they go under!

I know right, this is my second account because i lost my first one. i used to play on that account a few years ago and tanki used to be so fun then
