The box container that I won just...... vanished?

Question

I completed a special mission that was to capture points 21 times in control points matches. I won that new kind of container. The game started behaving erratically like for example garage opened when I never clicked, I was repeatedly taken to shop. During that time the container just vanished. I don't remeber opening it. It just vanished. Just a few seconds after I won it.

Edit: said container is called "ultra container".

Are you playing on mobile or PC (browser/client)?

On browser, refresh the page, and you'll get your Ultra container back, provided it hasn't been opened. In case it got opened, the rewards should have been added to your account already.

If on client, restart the client. Again, if the container has been opened, the rewards will be there. If not, the you'll get to open the container again.

If on mobile, close the app, remove it from recent apps, and open it again.

I am using a browser. Chrome to be exact. My OS is Linux Mint.

I am not sure, if I received the award or not.

Do you recommend that I contact the support team via E mail, or should I just let it go?

I believe you've already received your reward, but if you got supplies, then it'll be very difficult to check. Try checking all turret and hull augments, skins, shot effects, etc. Check your Goldbox count. See if you have any new paint.

But if you managed to get Crusader XT skin or augments for Crusader hull, you won't be able to confirm it unless you actually get the hull (it'll be available in the Garage some time after New Year celebrations. Currently it's possible to get it only from Ultra Containers).

I'd recommend you to contact Tech Support via email, stating your problem and asking them for confirmation (whether you the UT container opened and you got the rewards or not). You'll get a ticket number within a couple of hours, and the issue will get resolved within 24 hours (hopefully).

Usually items do not disappear from your garage out of the blue, but there is some sort of a bug with containers which cause them to disappear. The Tech Support will help you out.
