Look... making immunity against firebird burn and freeze  (and ALL other status effects) just totally made those two useless at times... Not talking about the incendiary band + heat immunity combo... Too OP.

How shameless can this game get. So every turret will now have crit. And all the turrets will eventually get all status effects alterations, which means we're gonna have thunders shooting you and removing your armor / stunning you. Yet another absolute update, the game is completely unplayable at this point. How are you supposed to play against AP, EMP stuns and shock freezes? Have an alteration that you can buy for 5K tankoins. We get 18 tankoins a week from weekly containers. This would mean you'd have to play for 278 weeks to get 1 immunity, but let's say there are 50% sales. It would mean you'd have to play 139 weeks to get just one immunity. Yeah good lulck with that. Developers of this game actually have no idea what they're doing and probably don't even play the game. Cause it seems like they have no idea how unplayable it really is

OK, this would officially be the worst update ever - especially the part about the protection module only being available from Ultra Containers. This update would altogether make the game mega-imbalanced, hugely pay-to-win, and also having constant damage aside from some criticals would be very dull.

But I'm going to assume this is a massive troll and the best April Fool's joke yet from the devs... if so, great one lol ? !

Pleaaaaasseee tell me this is a joke.... got to be right?

Yes, one of the only good things about this would be a buff to Hornet I have to say. Though there would be other, less game-breaking ways to bring about a buff of course.

Maybe that's why they have paused the V-Logs? So they don't have to answer questions about it. Then, they'll just say that it was a joke... Sherlock Holmes - 100

At this point we need at least two Hull augment slots. How are we supposed to play in, let's say, Lost Temple... when we have:

Vulcan IB+HI; Shock Freeze, AP effect, Stun effect, EMP effect and god knows what other insane things are you planning? We can only defend ourselves against ONE thing at a time.

Well, if you look on the test server: The critical damage on most turrets seems like it's the same as normal damage... So it would just mean that status effects would be dealt only on the critical tick.

Let's hope so!

We will find out tomorrow - a bit early for an April Fool's joke though? Reallllly hope it is.

Because if you guys would read the Patch Notes

You would see that Railgun has a 50% chance to Crit. Basically, only Smoky and Railgun have fleshed out Critical Damages, all the other Turrets have the placeholder default damage. Don't fool yourselves, the Crit Damages will NOT be the same as the standard damage in the future.

If the damage is exactly like the one showed in this video ( Made on test Server )
Then Devs really need to stop drinking expired vodka.

 

THis can't be a april fool joke , else they wouldn't put it in Test server, testing it , neither would they talk of it in VLOG.

 

 

This update gonna kill pro battles and XPBP. And lets not talk of parkour fights, Mine the whole map and you're good to go,, you dont need any equipment

For the ones who assumes it's April's fool, no I don't think that because it's a comprehensively update and they talked about it from a while.. A big article and a whole patch notes updates. Which is too far from being an April's fools.

But if if it was an April's fool, I'm strongly criticizing Tanki for wasting their resources and time in such a meaningless April's fool. Which if they have sock away that amount of resources/money into nerfing an OP turret, will be a way better than an April's joke.

Perhaps alternations can stem from crit damage. Like being able to see if the next shot is a critical one, but the damage will be slightly reduced. That way the crit can be use strategically rather than just being "random luck".
