Yes, sadly, i wish also that developers would give us 5000 tankoins for free to each single player that is active, furthermore, they should also pay people with real money thru paypal to play their game so the player base should increase by alot. Each player could get 15 euros for each hours, what do you think?

What's worse than wasting 5000 tankcoins on a single slot is wasting 5000 tanckoins on a single slot only to find out a year later, the price was reduced to 1000 tankcoins or the slot is being given away for free in some random contest or special mission.

One wonders at what point do the buyers that are buying in earnest have everything they want.  And then stop  buying...a satiation point. 

Tanki's got a tiny player base left...gotta be less than 10,000 at peak times (probably less than 8000...a guess).  Very hard to turn the F2P players that are left into buyers if they haven't done so already...lots of F2P players just don't trust what Tanki will do to whatever they might buy, so they don't buy anything...ever (like me).  The whale buyers must have just about everything they can buy already after years to acquire loot and currency.   There are only a handful of new players, if any so I doubt they are much of a revenue source.

That seems to leave Tanki stuck with trying to motivate the moderate and small buyers into enough action to cover this months payroll...tough gig.  Desperation is the word that comes to mind.

 

Just think, when Tanki had 140,000 players logged in at peak times (probably a million a day overall) and were still adding new players constantly, before the toxicity of Matchmaking and their slash and burn marketing strategy took over, what might have happened if they had sold a bit of advertising...just like they now do on mobile.  The player base probably would have kept growing, revenue would have become a constant steady stream, and the game itself would have still been fun to play since all the foul updates that have trashed it over the years would not need to have happened.   But instead Tanki chose their current terminal path...too bad.

Does anyone know why the special tankoin pass does not worth it to buy with bresilian and mexican currency? I mean it is better to buy directly 5 000 tankoins than to buy this pass, for example with mexican pesos the bundle cost 18 euros and 5000 tankoins cost 17 euros, why?

It is even worst with bresilian currency, the bundle cost 16 euros while 5000 tankoins cost 11 euros, what is the point of buying this bundle in those countries?

In some game like pubg, the player base is huge and so on with the buyer base, top 100 players donates around 15M-25M dollars (mostly players from middle east coast like saudi arabia, koweit, qatar etc )+ 20M people getting the royal pass each season, imagine the revenue they're making from this game. That why pubg is totally free to play, but tanki doesnt have that much players so they have to make pay to win stuff to get revenue. Before, when the game has more players, it wasnt that much pay to win. The problem is the poor marketing management, once they will fix it, the game should become less pay to win.

Anyway, i was just constating the lack of logic to buy the bundle from these locations, i myself will not buy it.

I'd rather donate my money to some indie Devs who deserve it way more than those greedy devs with their awful P2W tactics. 

 

The ones who spend in this game at this point are either kids, or people who do not understand that:

1. by buying they encourage the devs to introduce even more P2W to make revenue, killing the F2P playerbase even further;

2. buying anything it's useless, because after a while something else will be released that will also need to be purchased, in order for you to keep competitive. 

3. this game is probably almost dead so buying anything it's the equivalent of throwing money into the bin.

Non-buyers like me are going to need free Tankions if such players wants to buy the fourth slot module which costs 5000 Tankions.
