What's the generally accepted method to rank as fast as possible to Legend? - not something I'll be attempting, just wondering because I've heard many opinions on the subject. I read one post somewhere that said using Mechanic drone in Siege/ASL but I know that that's not true because it gives Battle Score not XP.

Do MM or PRO battles give more XP?

I thought simply playing is enough to rank you up faster than light.

True but which mode gives the most XP? My thoughts are that, judging by the amount of XP received per action, CP/ASL could give the most reliable XP faster than other modes. Also playing as the Juggernaut gets you many kills = lots of XP. But those are just my initial thoughts.

Also, since when does a kill give 40 XP? I always remembered it as giving 10 XP...

Since September 2020, where they made the base EXP multiplier x4 instead of x1.

Now you know why I said you don't have to do anything to level up fast. You are already leveling up fast enough. Those poor players who haven't reach Legend rank. I feel bad for them.

MM battles do, ever since the increased exp update on MM was introduced. But best way to farm xp in PRO would be to play in Arena CP, Island and Polygon CP (pretty pointless cuz of MM but if you want no drones, supplies and overdrives, thats the only way for now) or, maybe even take out shaft/guass and start sniping in a large map

Of course, I had the dates messed up, thanks for reminding me. I didn't realise they had kept that multiplier active the whole time.

I haven't played MM for years so I wouldn't be the best person to ask .---. anyways in my opinion I do not think there be a best mode for exp farming in MM as all the modes give out same variety of maps and they all have a short timer. But maybe playing in CTF, ASL or RGB more will get you a lot more exp with scoring goals and flg capping in addition to destroying tanks.

For me when I was OMW to Legend, I was spamming Quick Battle mode + CP for the most efficient XP farming.

To be honest, the quickest way to gain EXP is just to get kills. Destroying a tank gives 40 EXP - which is the same amount of EXP you get from capturing a flag, scoring a touchdown, or neutralizing and capturing a point. JGR can be quite profitable - assuming you spawn as the juggernaut and don't immediately die.

You should use guns that can 1 shot easily like rail and shaft and gauss. I remember using gauss (pre nerf) with the humongous splash damage which was arguably op at the time but despite the nerf, at your rank you can easily tap the double damage and vaporize poor lower rank players. Overall try to exploit which turret is stronger cuz when you rank up there will be a meta shift. For example, when I was using the firebird compact tanks alt at a relatively low rank, I was virtually un stoppable but at higher ranks, almost everyone has the flame immunity augment so I had 2 switch.  Anyways gl mate I hope you get to legend soon

Play the Siege or Assault game modes and use Gauss and Titan. 

For Assault though, it's better for you to be on the attacking team so that you can snipe the group of defenders and take out more enemies at once.

I think you're already at a disadvantage with the current speed of ranking up, you really don't need anymore boosts.

CP and ASL are the easiest ones to gain XP. Since you actually have Crisis, it should be easy for you to gain XP rapidly. To me, any mode is ok for gaining lots of XP.

Even without the Premium, I earned 1720 XP in RGB. So it does not depend on the mode, in my opinion. Just completing the objective of the mode and getting more kills earns you more XP.

Playing regularly and daily is good enough already.

To get a boost in experience, you should play more during Holidays and Special Events as these days give boost to experience.

Another way is by obtaining Premium Account from Containers, Contests, or by buying it.

Correct, plus during events (that nowadays are like always on) multiply that by another x2. A single MM battle can yield experience equivalent of playing many hours in PRO.
