Ultra Container Drop Rates

Hi,

I've seen that the Ultra Containers have been removed from the "Containers" Section as well as from the Shop. However, the "Fortunate" Bundle and the "Winner" one still have UC's.
Does anyone know whether the drop rates are still better or whether they are gone?

Usually, there is an announcement in the right down corner of browser regarding the availability of Ultra Containers in the Shop and increased chances of getting epic, legendary and exotic equipment. Since Ultra Containers are no longer available in the shop and since this announcement is gone as well, I assume the chances for rare equipment are back to their regular state.

Why would they change?

Ultra Containers always have higher chances of getting rare / legendary / exotic rewards and some exclusive items (but don't expect many legendary or exotics because the chance is still small)

Although the higher chances get advertised when Ultra Containers are available from the shop, it doesn't mean that they get removed when Ultra Containers aren't available from the shop and can only be obtained from bundles (or when players open them after an event has finished)

Considering how frequent Ultra Weekends are, and different iterations of Ultra Containers are made, it is more likely that Sporkzilla is correct.

I see that the Wiki also says the following to UC's: "They also have increased drop rates for Epic, Legendary, and Exotic items compared to regular containers.", so I guess that you are right.

Yet, we can't eliminate the fact that the Devs actually implement UC in the way described by @Flexoo despite it doesn't make much sense. It is not the first time we saw how lousy the Tanki Dev team's  programming and software engineering skills are.

Remember the "Make the Wish" website will break if you enter non-alphanumeric characters? As a front-end developer, I can't even think a way to reproduce it with modern frameworks.

I think that when they say "chance are better X2, X5, X10 it is compared to normal containers, for example if chance for exotic are around 0,1% for a normal container, chance are around 1% for an ultra container.

Ultra Containers doesn't have increased drop rates in general, except in some occasions when they introduce a new Augment or Skin they give it i.e x5 drop chance.

But to make this clear more, let's assume we now have x5 drop chance for Blunderbuss, when they say x5 drop chance it mostly just means it will have an x5 drop chance in Augments category in Legendary category. Which means if your roll ticked the Legendary, then it ticked the Augments, you will have x5 chances for Blunderbuss compared to AP Freeze in example.
