Godmode_ON should be seen as a 'character' not a dev or whatever else.

I think all of the past Godmode_ON related official things make it clear. 
He's some mysterious hacker from unknown place that does whatever he wants. Interacts with whoever he wants (Like contacting devs for a V-LOG) to toy with players. A somewhat evil character or in modern era a very chill one.

As in the real life I think it's also very clear possibilities once again. It's 99%

1. The REAL creator of Tanki Online (The person who actually came up with the idea for the game. Obviously not Hazel, Kasim or Semyon etc. we don't know who's the real creator we can only take out people from available info from V-LOGs, whats their point in the Tanki Team is and so on.)

2. An account that multiple if not the entire dev team uses once in a while to make the game more interesting. Last time it was Hazel this time it's another dev and so on.
