Ultra Weekend August 6th - 8th

I have got to say that this week should be reserved for summer sale and tesla release should be postponed until next weekend because everyone has been expecting this sale in the beginning of August as it has been like that for years.

nice they finally changed the death totals in missions to complete them. maybe I will have a chance to claim 2 or more lol

5000 points = 500 kills

500 kills / 10 kills per battle = 50 battles x 7 mins = 350 minutes

500 kills / 20 kills per battle = 25 battles x 7 mins = 175 minutes

Battle Point mission will always take the longest. 
but only in DM mode??? This will be a grind. Stolen kills in DM don’t grant points.

I'm glad that this event will have again the only way to make me want to play the game, the only mission I believe will be boring and the 5,000 points of the rest is great and can be done in 1 day :laugh:

I was talking about freeze and its max damage range is increase, its cone range is increase but indeed the min dam range is decrease.

After reading the patch notes....Ima see more vikings then ever since its base OD multiplier went from 200% to now 400% with fire freeze and isida...And shafts crits increased to 20% that indirectly buffs Rapid Fire Augment for shaft. Yay more updates with more vikings soon rolling into matches more than ever.

Now I'm convinced that the Devs are using a different body part to make balancing changes.

What the hell are those changes? Especially freeze. Why the Devs think shorten its rage slightly while buff the damage massively is a good idea?

Guess I was right, the way the Devs try to solve the OPness of Tesla is to buff other melee turrets into oblivion.

To balance it according to tesla ?? seriously i think they buffed freeze because it was the weapon the least used since they changed the freezing mechanism in 2019 and fire because it got nerfed to the ground at the moment heat immunity came out

And with all the extra immunities to choose from, heat is hardly in the majority.  Firebird can go back to compact tanks.

I don't think the changes in tomorrow's patch to Fire and Freeze are good - there is no need to give Freeze an x5 multiplier on crits, wowww! And I don't think they needed to have the range shortened, that is kinda weird. Don't see the point of these changes, strange but also imbalanced at the same time.... Would have been better to just take the changes from last week and give them a slight reduction.

It is nice though that Viking overdrive with various turrets and augments is being fixed, melee turrets were the last things that were substandard with Viking overdrive. All the same though, these changes will leave Firebird and Freeze in a weird place, and in many ways imbalanced. But if they nerf them, they will be left with an annoyingly short range.
