It's from the game "War Robots" lol, which is basically a battle-machine-type game similar to Tanki.

 

In late, 2020 they added "Drones" into the game. One of them just so happens to be named "Defender". 

It's ability repairs 6% of your health once you drop below 35% health remaining.

That game is even more P2W then this game. But at least the Devs are super creative on making unique robots and weapons. Just look at the verity of them.
