Turn Hammer's ''Dragon's Breath'' augment into Legendary rarity

This needs no real explanation. 
We've got the Wyvern's Breath augment, that's a legendary counterpart of Dragon's Breath, meaning that it's paid; you need ultra containers to get it.

I think Dragon's Breath should be legendary too! Freezing an enemy is not much better than igniting one.

Also, it should get a changed icon, somewhat like these augment icons:  56px-Hammer_Wyvern_Breath.png56px-Augment_Hammer_Magnetic_Pellets.pngAlteration_hammer_Armor-Piercing_Shot.pn56px-Hammer_Last_Shot_Jammer.png

I couldn't agree more. Augments which do similar stuff should have similar rarity. At least, I think so.

Changing icon is obvious. At least these ones should've been designed the way Dragon's breath is at the first place but now it is easier to change the icon of 1 instead of 4.

At least now it has good damage compared to Dragon's Breath. Wyvern's Breath allows roughly 1/3of your shots to be critical hits. That in itself is pretty big.

I mean, you make some sense with this argument. But Dragon's Breath is an augment which has been in the game for a long time, and it is a Garage augment. It isn't even the best Garage augment, either - and all of those have epic rarity. You can't just make a Garage augment comparable in container rarity to Ultra Container augments just because it is similar in power or effect, because it is and has always been obtainable in very different ways. If it's power and effect is too similar to Ultra Container augments (and really, is that a bag thing to have some Garage augments that can compete with the Ultra Container augments? I would say no), then that is on the developers for the way they implemented the augments for Hammer.

We could suggest that the Ultra Container augments for Hammer that apply status effects be buffed, but in fact they are already very powerful - so that would not be a good suggestion. I see some logic in what you are saying, but there is no way to change the rarity of Dragon's Breath that would be better for the game. It just has to remain as it is, unless the developers want to do something with the status effects augments for Hammer in terms of reducing their rarity or changing them.

An icon change however - maybe. But again, Dragon's Breath is a Garage augment, so the icon difference helps to indicate the difference - although its function is certainly similar.

Okay I have to disagree with this, you know why... Dragon's breath has been around in the game for a while now for Hammer along (For example) with original smoky' s augments such as Cryo-rounds and incendiary rounds . and recently on patch notes Critical damage reduction was removed from freezing status effects from augments including Wyvern's Breath which is  stronger than Dragons breath critical damage wise. Therefore keeping Dragon's breath as an epic item  well keeping Wyvern's Breath legendary like it should.
