Changing drones?

i knew old school assult , trooper drone etc will have a boost,

as higher tier booster, defender, hyperion, lifeguard are already over bought and maxed by most players.

better boost weaker drones, so we maxed garage people still have a thing to worth spending crystal  on

Yo content team, could you maybe make the clip of the "content and festivities" look less like a staged battle just edited trying to make it look? I don't see any point of it being there tbh, doesn't represent anything lmao and really doesn't show off what we should be awaiting for. lmao. @Spy

Rest in peace booster drone i was one of the biggest booster drone user (4M exp gained with it lol) however, on the mobile version, i keep missing its special effect so it might be not a problem if they give a full 20 seconds of 50% boosted damage instead of 200% for 3 secondes. Also, that skin is sick lol but the combo is not too good XD will the winner keep the skin foreever or "he will just check it" the first one? This is a bit misunderstanding

Good v-log episode. And although it is a good thing that we are now completely moved to HTML5 and I'm glad we did so, I also feel sad about that. Goodbye to Flash and Flash Tanki once again, probably for the last time! I'm pretty sure I'm already missing it. I think I will miss it even more now. ???

I am happy that developers made significant changes to the miner drone. I hope that it will become possible to drop something like 25 to 50 mines in a go or two with the miner drone. The purpose of this miner drone is to create mine barricades like a dam which prevents enemies from entering your base. That means that its total mine capacity as well as mine drops must increase to 100 mines for a fully upgraded MK7 20/20 miner drone.

I use booster drone on mobile as well with gauss salvo

you need to turn off auto-supply activate in setting > Game tab. and turn supply wheel on first tab.

so you can use right thumb to quick turn on DD when you auto aim your salvo or crusade OD, once you get used to it, still work well with auto fire and auto aim. only you need to manual activate health kit. no auto critical low healthy repair.

I dont have auto supplies activation, 65% of my DD uses are accurates on mobile aproximately when 95% were, when i was on pc

The drone changes sound interesting, I do think that many drones could do with a re-vamp (especially the unused ones such as Supplier, Sprinter etc.). 

However, I must say I am disappointed to hear about the proposed changes to Booster. Booster is certainly a very strong drone, but the fact that it only offers a boost to damage for 3 seconds keeps it unique and somewhat interesting - and means that this drone requires some level of timing and skill to use. An unskilled user can easily waste the boost period with little benefit provided - whereas a good player will rarely do so. Having a constant boost to damage like Defender would be still good, but boring - a constantly bonus is not really suited to a damage type drone, it is much more suited to a defensive drone and it works well for Defender. But for damage, you want to deal a large amount of damage in a short period of time that you choose - and the current Booster's design is perfect for that as it is. A nerf to the power of the effect perhaps, but a constant bonus is boring.

Booster, Defender and Trickster are currently the top drones - to balance them I would support other drones being brought up to their level, rather than for instance destroying what makes Booster an interesting drone to use.

On another, much less important note - I see developers plan to make Engineering Drone a low-level drone which boosts experience. The developers surely are well aware that all players below Legend aim to earn as little as experience as possible, while gaining as many crystals as possible - unless they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. If you are low ranked, you want as good a crystal to experience ratio as possible to get a strong gearscore for your rank. Gaining extra experience, for no gain in crystals, would not only be worthless, but worse than having no drone equipped. If Engineer drone will increase experience, then any low ranked player with a brain will use Brutus or other drones every time, and not touch the Engineer drone, ever. And also - given that the developers have made most low rank battles have no map dropped supplies - the current form of Engineer Drone does not work at low ranks, since you have no on-map supplies to benefit from it. Unless that effect is to be totally removed, having Engineer as a very low rank drone will not work well.

But overall, the drone re-vamp sounds interesting if they breathe new life into currently useless drones. But please don't make everything the same - just like you have given the same status effect alterations to many different turrets. which is dull. VARIETY. Don't make Booster and Defender mechanics the same - different mechanics are interesting, not just two drones which are the same except with Boosted Armor and Boosted damage swapped around.

EDIT: ALSO, a drone re-vamp would be the perfect time to bring back the old Trickster drone which many of us loved (especially Support Nanobots Isida players like myself). There is currently a major lack of true support drones in the game (although I know you plan to buff Supplier, hopefully the new one will be good). The Old Trickster was the perfect support drone, as @kydapoot and others have suggested - Sprinter could be change to have the mechanics of the old Trickster (perhaps with a cap of 10 score no matter how many allies benefit from the effect). Something to consider, the new Trickster is great, but the old one was also good for many other reasons. #BringBackOldTrickster.

If a Booster player is "unskilled" they will simply use the boost to get a free kill, frustrating the player who got destroyed just because they happened to be in the Booster player's line of fire. If the Booster player is "skilled" they wreak havoc. Both scenarios are cancerous and there is nothing interesting or unique in either.

Why not unlocking hyperion at Marshall or field marshall rank or adding kit of hyperion drone? It would be much more cooler so I can test it in test server!

Skins look cool, I just don't understand why would you make Mammoth and Twins first - give me viking!! ?? I feel neutral abou the drone chances, it will not affect me in any way, hope it works out for the lower ranks tho!

Hyperion is not very good IMO, it does give you the feeling of being immortal or nostalgia, since it allows you to have 3 supplies on at once, however it eats so much of them it becomes not profitable after a few days of using it actively.

I wish developers added a drone for immortality. That is a drone where you could be 100% damage proof for 10 seconds. Helps with crucial actions or gold catching when an intense enemy team destroys you upon each re-spawn.

I wish that there was a drone and when you press a special button, every ennemies would be destroyed, it would more likely seems like a cold war

It is very sad for me to hear about Booster changes. Booster is indeed OP, but you need some skill to use it and you have some counterplay against it: you can take cover, knock off aim, or die and counterattack after respawn. After proposed changes Booster will become far easier to use becoming a permanent advantage with no downsides and no counterplay.

People complain against Defender because it is too good, it requires no skill, and there is no counterplay against it. In small maps you can use Defender brute force capture flags, completely igonoring enemies. I understand what the W means in P2W, and that there should exist some equipment that allows a completely noob to pay and win (and we have Crisis for that I guess).  Even Crisis has downsides... but facing a battle group wearing Defender with AP/EMP immunity? good luck with that.

What I see in battles is that F2P players are so impotent to do anything that they simply hide in a corner and camp with long range turrets trying to score some random kill against easy targets, they do not even try to pursuit the game objectives. And so battles becomes more and more boring.

Another related problem is that MM mixes players of far different skills. Making Defender OP to allow weaker players face better ones has the downside of really really skilled esports champions ruining battles for everyone else (outside peak hours, MM battles are unplayable because of that).

In the name of game playability, both Booster and Defender should be effective for 5 or 6 seconds at most. I undestand the need for P2W mechanics, but too much of it is making the game boring.
