During Hornet or Dictator overdrive you can do gigantic damage, and also if you get a crit from range.

Ah! That's because you tried it on a low rank account and paired with an overdrive, hornet or dictator, alone without nothing to take advantage of and in legend rank it sucks really, emp and ap hammer are way better.

I don't have tankoins at the first place, so where would I spend?

Don't be disheartened, just save tankoins through grinding and buy a BP one day like a pro
