Why do you think Railgun was weak before this nerf?

Have you taken into account the fact that Thunder, Magnum, Gauss, and Shaft are also being nerfed?

All long turrets damage was nerfed, but shaft can still one shot you xd(camper goes brrr) its going to the era of  "AP or die" 

ps: the shaft shot didn't have  enough time to take advantage of the ap of her augment to sniper mode, now it doesn't because 5s of recharge, except in regular mode

I hope I can max Crisis. Thanks Tanki for 50% sales! Haven’t seen this in ages. The Special Missions are also nice and easy. 

Lastly, are the Ultra Containers updated in drop chance, or just content?

Normally it says something like, The new “ “ Augment! Luxury Skins such as Gauss Ultra, Hornet Ultra, Ares XT, etc. The famous Crisis Drone and Armadillo Protection Module.

Something like that, listing the Exotics.

Gauss too. Unlike Railgun, it doesn't have a boosted crit damage. Its Status Augments make the turret seem strong, but avery vanilla Gauss is sort of the same as Thunder. Usable, but not that great. With Modules of these 2 everywhere, playing these Turrets will be painful.

It does appear that Railgun was hit fruitfully hard with this. 

 

  • Scout will no longer be able to 2-shot medium hulls (good or bad change depending on who you ask) 
  • Stock will no longer be able to oneshot medium hulls (which was the only reason you'd use it over Scout) 
  • Round Stabilisation's damage will now be below 1,000 damage, as if it wasn't suffering enough against Railgun modules
  • Hyperspace won't be able to make good use of its gimmick anymore, repeating the same with Round Stabilisation above
  • Round Destabilisation will be even worse than it already was 
  • Large Calibre Rounds will be even more garbage, but it will gain a niche where it will be one of the two only Railgun augments with the ability to oneshot medium hulls after the change
  • Cryo Railgun, after finally not being garbage for a week, is back where it started, once again being powercreeped by the other status augments. 
  • Adrenaline will no longer do anything for it besides allowing it to 2-shot unprotected medium hulls with the normal damage when it is at half HP. Key word being unprotected. Many players still religiously use Railgun protection at endgame it seems. 

 

 

Shaft's nerf is more or less negligible since even before the buff, it was already too potent at lower ranks. Adrenaline easily solves the nerfed critical damage. 

 

I do find it reassuring though, that they're addressing the TTK currently, as it has been becoming too short recently especially with the ranged turrets.

Welp, if the nerf on railgun was too harsh then I guess I'd go find another long range turret. OOF. However I do disagree with the nerf on railgun apart from scout and status augments.

 

I mean,I know it was nerfed because of its popularity, but come on, it has been a popular turret for a long time.

I think we’ll have 17 days to do this so you should use each of 20 supplies per a day.

I think you can use 5 of them in a match so you can do it if you have 30~40 mins to play Tanki per a day :D

Or else with no drone equiped for not wasting any batteries and using Wasp :

1 - place one mine;

2 - get easily killed;

3 - press Delete key.

drone cost multiply mine consumed, but only use 1 mine, and only count as 1 mine. same as other drone like booster,defender, even though they consume more, they changed mission counting, only press that supply button counts.

so miner, camper drone that reduced mine cooldown will helps in this case.

if you dont have drone , then self destruction after placing each mine. (which also works but will ruin your KD ratio)

Happy Tanker’s Day!!

I have saved crystals for the sale :D

I’ll upgrade freeze (because it’s much stronger than Tesla now) and striker (because I’ll buy my second battle pass and get Armor Piercing Missiles)

and buy some Augments ;)))

Honestly, I love Hopper Railgun Gold mode though I hate THE annoying hopper.

And I hope I’m lucky on Ultra Containers.

You don't need to be a buyer to get some drones!

You just need to win crystals by playing enough to get them.

And nowadays with Containers prizes is still more easy to do it.
