@Marcus this is embarrassing even for Russian contest. 

First of all no transparency and next i am just like, ok let's look on winner in first 500. And Mr.vanka russian streamer who. Bought 5 packs according to excel won in first lot at least 8x times if I catched correctly. So what exactly is this?

There are actually 1319 winners? Or what about those who came out "winner" of the draw 15 times?.
Some of us bought only one special offer, while others bought more special offers and ''won'' 10 times, leaving no possibility of having other winners and not being the same 10 times that they already won.

I can assure you this draw was not rigged. Simply because an administrator was there does not, in any form or way, mean there was some behind-the-scenes involvement that took place. I repeat, this was a draw that was orchestrated by a bot. There is no way you can manually be selective of who gets to win and who gets nada.

as said in the rules, one cannot win more than the number of his/her purchases. but it's pretty obvious that you didn't consider this during picking the winners.

once someone is picked he shouldn't be in the list anymore (one of his chances should be removed).

You still did not read the rules and rewards correctly my friend, u had to get at least 3 correct votes in order to win containers.

Yep, with fixed amount of winners, not chances to win. I would take it, that for example y bought it 5 times, y win 5x.. not 21.. times. Give me one day, and I'll code y better randomizer :)
