Greetings Forumers!

Every day we come across many questions in Questions to the Developers with answers, already well known. Rules of that section do not allow anyone to answer such questions. Due to this, questions with known answers get forwarded to the developers, which in turn results in other burning questions not being answered by the developers.

This topic will be used to answer all such questions by the moderators.

Bugs and lags are the components in a game which are "never-ending". Developers fix bugs and lags from time to time, still whenever a new component is added to the game, there is a highly possible chance of encountering a new bug. Hence, whenever you encounter a bug, report it in Bugs & Glitches section of the game, which allows the Developers to understand what different types of bugs are pertaining in the game and find ways to fix it.

As for your concern with lags, Developers have it suited in their Development Plans to fix in-game lags in the near future.

Hey there, 

If by any chance you press the Quick battle option, you can press the "Cancel" button available in the Top right corner of your screen, which cancels the loading and makes you free to choose the festive mode to play. But sometimes the battle loads as soon as you press the button, in that case, you have to leave the battle when it loads and press Festive mode icon to play in it ^^

Hey there, 
Developers have plans to add the old m1,m2,m3 models of the skin back in the future, it is listed in the Development Plan where the major future developments are mentioned.

Hey there, Developers have in mind to introduce a new game-mode named "Bomb Cart" in the near future, refer to the Development Plans for new upcoming updates.

Yes, they will return in the future as separate cosmetic skins as listed in the Development Plans.

Unfortunately, the Shard system won't be coming back soon, as mentioned by Developers. Devs clearly removed it in light of the recent changes with the container update. Now the quantity of containers obtainable per day has been increased, along with new items in the containers.

Moreover, in the recent V-Log, developers again introduced an update to increase the number of Normal containers in the weekly mission prizes as well while simultaneously mentioning the "removal of the Shard system in the game".

The system where you could upgrade your equipment directly to the highest modification available was changed with the update #586.

The current system requires you to buy each modification successively, until your desired modification is acquired.

Hey there, Developers have in mind to make the use of the stars left in a challenge. It is in their Development Plans.

That isn't feasible for the game economy by giving out free old containers. Devs specifically increased the number of containers a tanker can earn per day. Save them along with the Ultra containers of the weekends, and you'll have yourself a nice amount of containers in no time.

Press accounts are only available after meeting specific requirements for YouTubers, it is given to help the YouTubers  to help them create a better set of videos along with new ideas. It isn't for fun, tankers having Press accounts have to follow a number of rules, while simultaneously, youtubers not meeting the requirements to keep a press account regularly or breaking the rules might as well lose their Press account.

Hey there, with the recent updates, the Battle chat was disabled, means you can't chat in-between battle, but with the recent Patch Update, the team chat was restored, meaning you can only chat with your teammates and not with the enemy teams. Keep in mind, that in DM modes, everyone is your enemy, so you can't chat or converse with players at all.

Hey there, the Tanki Esports fund is usually held when a current Esports tournament is in full swing. During the latter or after the playoff stages, the fund is held which allows you to cheer for your favorite team as well as win prizes. So when any next Esports tournament will be held, like the current "Rankings", which is currently halted, it's playoffs stages will be announced with a Tanki fund event too. Stay tuned ^^

Hey there, the HD skins will not be removed, because they will replace the earlier skins that were in the game, HD skins are the normal skins now, as for your interest, Devs have in mind to bring back the old skins as cosmetics in the near future ^^

This doesn't work if your account is linked with any Social Media platform, for that you need a special password by writing to the Tech Support, as mentioned clearly on the Mini-game Forum topic.

Hey there, some changes have done with this recent Patch update, now Hunter and Hopper deal damage too, while performing their basic overdrive.

I don't think Old madness map would come back because it was removed for the reason, the author of the map retook the rights or something like this, preventing Tanki to use the map for its pro battles.

Developers didn't remove Flash on purpose, the Adobe stopped supporting the flash client, as it became obsolete against other platforms.

Hence, flash player no longer worked and supported the games, Devs had to find other options to run the game, and thus became the transition from Flash to HTML5.

Flash player is closed, hence flash won't be coming back now, HTML 5 is the new TO.

As for your XT question, Devs removed the exotic rarity from containers, thereby increasing its quantity and adding Legendary and rare augments which were previously available only in the Ultra containers, hence exotics won't come back in the containers again.
