Count Supercharge as "supplies"

This effect is the only that continues even if if receives an emp effect, but brings equal-level advantages to, for example, a double destruction, that can anulate an double armor or an module of 50%

Why would you wanna turn a status effect into a supply?

Well, the current supplies (except mines) inflict status effects.

So its not an illogical idea to convert existing status effects to supplies.

Supplies inflict status effects?

umm honestly I've never seen that. Maybe I was playing a different game all along.

Double Damage inflicts a positive status effect that boosts the turret damage by 100%

Double Armor inflicts a positive status effect that reduces all incoming damage by 50%

Speed Boost inflicts a positive status effect that increases the maximum speed by 40%

Repair Kit inflicts a positive status effect that gradually heals 1000 hitpoints per second

It's the same mechanic as status effects like Supercharge and Burning. The supplies inflict a lingering effect on the tank.

Sorry for the earlier post. Did not really notice that change ? For other, yes, supplies are considered as positive status effects but are a different game mechanic than EMP and AP(Announcement). Oh and thanks for that Tanker-Arthur

Even so, your point doesn't really stand. Think of it, do you really have a reason?

Just cuz something does something doesn't mean that latter can be changed to that first thing ?

Man I am out of analogies ?

True, because EMP disables the supplies.

But Burning and Freezing cancel each other out, and burning does direct damage too so I guess a lot of status effects have different mechanics.

On Development Plans:

On the Supercharge wiki page:

So it's technically saying Supercharge may become a supply in the future. Even though we cannot manually activate it, I still think it counts as a "supply" because all supplies (except mines and batteries) drop from bonus boxes and I believe all supplies may have started out as drop boxes back in the day before they were consumables. Maybe.

Also, other status effects could be supplies too.

The burning effect could be a new "Fiery Ring" supply, which, when activated, instantly heats all enemies in, let's say a 10 meter radius, to the max temperature. It's another enemy-damaging supply like the mine, but as a status effect and not a spawnable.

(They changed Hornet's Anti-Armor Overdrive into the Armor Piercing status effect like half a year after status effects were normalized in the game)
Yeah, I'm not a fan of that but still, it seems like the devs will pretty much convert everything into a status effect if it counts as a lingering positive or negative effect.

It happened with Hunter and Hornet's overdrive. I honestly see it happening to things like Viking's overdrive and maybe Mammoth's overdrive too. New status effects that reduce turret reload and make you do damage to enemies that touch your tank O_O

I don't think Supercharge drop boxes will be a practical thing, if it was for 3s or around. Because when I use Booster, and I see DD on the ground. Most of the times I take it I don't find any enemy to shoot it in the Booster 3 seconds.

....

All kind of bonus that you receive as advantage is like an supply that gives advantage

So while an person receives EMP, not only DD,DA and bonus speed will be removed, but supercharge too
