Episode 316 of the V-LOG!

Nice episode this week! I found one of the blocks of the code and I'll look for the other ones later and post it here if @Incorp doesn't do it first. Speaking of which, I actually had a chance to win Paladin this week! (I saw my name in the list of people put into the rng.) And of course I didn't but that's fine. Congrats @Only_Event!

Can't wait for the new Sandbox. It's gonna be fun. And that was a pretty cool section on making the maps. I personally enjoyed it.

TO developpers I need answers why you buff JGR by making it vulnerable against fire and freeze effect and when are you going to add killstreaks in team JGR mode ?

The Jugg update will only favo... pfff, it's kinda embarrasing to even say the obvious.

I suggested before that the first Jugg be weaker than the Juggs that will follow, then the second Jugg will be a little stronger than the first but weaker to those that will follow, then the third will be a little stronger than the second but weaker than the rest that will follow, and so on.

I agree, the concept of killing the first person will entirely be based on the similar fact that users having good connection enter first and have greater chance of doing same in order to become juggernaut.
A randomizer can be worked out of a sort like many others suggested as to reduce the dependency of becoming jugg  on the basis of one's connection. Like as soon as 5 people join completely without any disturbance, a randomizer can pick out of those 5 or more in fact and one of them can become a jugg, but the rest match will go the same as according to previous mechanics. (I am in great favour of this due to the fact that I have a poor connection, like many others :()

A randomizer for Juggernaut Mode is a must. There's no other solution, in my opinion.

Agreed, it is a must. I've thought about many more possible theories, but this one seems most fruitful to the mode as a whole.

About Juggernaut Mode... Never put noob players that can't turn turret !

Was in a 15 minutes battles. A noob player in my team that can't turn turret was Juggernaut 2 times. 2 times ? Really ?

The system cannot tell which player is considered "noob" or not. Apart from that, it wouldn't be fair to ban players from becoming the Juggernaut just because they are not as good.

Question of the week issues

so at 13:45 .. they say the fastest winners of the top  chosen .. which is wrong to base it on this . seeing in other parts of the world the v=log does not come on for about 3 hours . so we will never have any chances of winning.

basically when its posted in Russia it does not air in Ontario Canada for 4 hours later..

Developers must understand that to have a good juggernaut mode, the key thing would be to increase juggernaut's armor and turret damage dealt to enemies. That would be the key thing on making the team juggernaut mode more fun to play, as well as having long battle time for this mode and also an overdrive that is stronger. Juggernaut's overdrive needs to be more powerful so that it can manage to push back and flip enemies in the air. This is what I consider developers on doing to make a good juggernaut mode.

You have said that once a prop is created for the Sandbox map, that you do not need to make them again to reuse in other maps. That is true, but would that make the redesign of other maps after the Sandbox map has been finished as a faster production of map remake?

In other words, after the Sandbox map has been completed, will the process to remake other maps be faster to remake?

From what I can see about the thumbnail preview of this V-Log 316, I guess that Tanki Online should be renamed as Tanki Online Reloaded.

Just think of Matrix Reloaded, for example. A rebooted version of Tanki Online with modern graphics on all maps and tanks.

Well, the good news is that graphics makes the game more appealing to players. Your problem on not being able to deal damage is a bug in the game. You need to report that in the bugs and glitches forum.

The new Sandbox map will be introduced soon. Developers needs time to finish it. You may gain early access to this new Sandbox map if you check on the test servers. Developers may release an early version for players to take part in mass testing, so keep checking every day. An early access period for the Sandbox map will enable developers to finalize and fine tune the map so that it is perfect when released on the live servers.

Exactly, as the developers said in the Vlog, it will be available for us to play on October 15th as an "EVENT MAP" though the map still not has been optimized, so there can be bugs & glitches.

One thing that I spotted today on the Sandbox map is that there are now two billboards at each end of the maps.

Is this a sign to indicate that the Sandbox Map will be reloaded with new graphics?

First, that isn't Sandbox, that's Sandal.

Second, those two billboards have always been in the matchmaking version of Sandal.
