Creating a minimum damage for all turrets.

So with all the protections available damage can be reduced down to nothing. i am suggesting a minimum damage be implimented for all turrets. I mean the other day I had double damage on my mk8 tesla. Instead of getting 1600 damage I was getting 65 damage because of 50% and defender. I know defender got nerfed today, but I think turrets still need a minnimum damage, perhapes done by mk modules.

mk1: 10 damage

mk2: 15 damage

mk3: 30 damage

mk4:45 damage

mk5:60 damage

mk6: 65 damage

mk7: 75 damage

Now this wouldnt apply to titans shield, or for volcan ( and other fast shootin crap)

So if I get it right, there should be a minimum damage, which is dealt by turrets, regardless of protection, titan domes and boosted armor? You should deal a minimum damage which cannot be reduced by the prior mentioned factors. So is it what you suggest?

1) Tanks die all the time due to the many effects Devs have dished out.  Tesla is new so you don't have many (any?) augments for it.  But there are lots of augments like EMP, or AP, or Booster drone that enable players to destroy even heavily protected tanks in seconds.

2) what turret are those suggestions for?  Cuz they certainly can't be applied to all turrets.  I mean twins does 205 per shot.  Are you suggesting Defender and a module can't lower that below 75 per shot?

This is basically another buff to offense which we honestly don't need.

People like me who use a simple Mechanic Drone, have only 3 Protection Modules, and don't own an overpowered Ultra Container augment suffer because we die too fast in battles nowadays for us to even "enjoy" the game.

In order for that to have happened, that Defender user would have been 1 of 4 players you were damaging simultaneously. If it were a 1 v 1, you would have been dealing 266 damage. 

 

I don't understand what your idea is trying to accomplish. Only turrets with very low base damage (Twins, Vulcan, Ricochet, Firebird, Isida, Freeze, Autocannon) can even reach close to numbers that low with Defender + 50% protection. Not to mention that this "minimum damage" is higher than Vulcan's projectile damage. How would that even work?

So from what i understand, before critical update there was a high damage which will randomly pop up, and even people under the dome will receive full damage right? So old hornet lets the gun deals full damage all the time right?

Why is damage being multiplied by 7.5 from Mk1-Mk7 while majority of turret damages have a damage multiplier of 2x when going from Mk1-Mk7?

That unless a tank is protected by an overdrive or a fast-shootin tank. It could not get damage less then the minimum damage assigned to the mk. Those #'s arnt prob. good but its an idea. And im not sure whooly about 1600 to 65. But I know I was getting 65 damage with a mk8 tesla, dont you think thats a little low?

i would disagree with this 
it would make any perfect sense if this idea is implemented. it would also nerf other turrets as well 
since u said that u got 65 damage, and ur asking to make the min damage for other turrets (mk7 = 75) wouldn't make much of a difference, maybe its just a bad game your playing. 
this is my opinion however.
